Today ended the first month of my Daily Journal.
It takes a bit to get used to disclosing things about my personal life along with what I share concerning the real truth of this MWAW and the perceptions I am supposed to give about world events.
If I was allowed to only give one summation of everything about mortal life on this planet and my involvement here, I would do it in a few paragraphs instead of the pages and pages of words that I produce daily in an effort to help others understand.
I would say that our short mortal life is nothing to worry about. That everything about what is happening on this earth throughout its history is being monitored by advanced human beings under the direction of our human creators, i.e., our advanced parents. Some might refer to these creators as “Gods,” but then that would put them above us, which they are not in anyway. We are all equal to them and to each other. The only thing they have over us is the experience of mortality, which we are now acquiring upon this earth through our various life experiences.
I would say that each of us—as advanced human beings who had no experience of anything except the ultimate human existence—needed certain experiences to help us to be able to enjoy our human state in the eternal state in which we were created.
I would say that we each (now, I’m going to express this as well as I can to the comprehension level of most people…but it isn’t exactly like I’m going to explain it, but it is close enough for what needs to be understood) sat down with a “mortal guidance counselor” who was very experienced at helping people choose a mortal experience that would be the most beneficial to each individual. A specific plan was outlined and patterned to each of our individual needs. These “guidance counselors,” having had been through the experience of mortality themselves, knew how to help us organize a “mortal plan” that would benefit our particular personality and humanity type.
I would say that there were two main purposes for the experience of mortality:
1) To experience everything opposite of what makes us happy;
2) To learn more about our real and true self and how we relate and value ourselves to other humans in the Universe. In other words, most of us needed empirical and absolute truth that we could never be trusted to have the knowledge and power of a human creator; and thereby enjoying what they enjoy—the ability to have sex.
I would say that these “guidance counselors” know humanity types. They can analyze and pinpoint any type of personality and usually what that individual will do with unconditional free will while going through a mortal experience in an imperfect human world.
I would say that most of our mutual siblings—those advanced human beings who will forever call this solar system their ETERNAL HOME—only needed the experience of mortality to gain the memories and experience of the opposition of all things.
I would say that a small percentage (just 1% of 15 billion: 150 million—which is still a very, very, large number compared to just one person) of our siblings had a hard time reconciling their real and true self with the universal fact that they should not be trusted with unconditional free will and the power of a human creator.
I would say that those so inclined to doubt their real and true self were placed in life situations where they could hold positions of authority and prestige, have good looks, privilege, and knowledge, and have all the other situations in mortality that we (as mortals) long to achieve.
I would say that our “guidance counselors” set up certain situations where these “150 million” could best experience what they needed to.
I would say that these situations included families, communities, nations, races, and yes, religions, where these life situations were sure to materialize without limiting our free will.
I would say that these situations included all of the great nations of the earth, from the great kingdom of Solomon, to the Roman Empire, to the American Empire. And that from these situations, religions were invented to further enhance the ability of these “150 million siblings” to have the experiences that they needed; and that the religions (belief systems) allowed mortals to invent their own situations where they could hold positions of authority and prestige, have good looks, privilege, and knowledge, and have all the other situations in mortality that we (as mortals) long to achieve.
I would say that when the Roman Empire ruled the earth, a religion existed that allowed one of the best situations into which to place some of the “150 million siblings”—those who needed the experience the most, i.e., the experience of being in situations where they could hold positions of authority and prestige, have good looks, privilege, and knowledge, and have all the other situations in mortality that we (as mortals) long to achieve. This was part of the Jewish religion in which the people actually believed that they were God’s chosen people above all others upon earth.
I would say that to prove to all of us, but mostly to them (“the 150 million siblings”), what they would do with their positions of authority and prestige, have good looks, privilege, and knowledge, and have all the other situations in mortality that we (as mortals) long to achieve, the dude who was chosen and instructed in how to oversee a solar system, was sent into mortality as a mortal. While here, he taught the universal principles and laws that govern the advanced human societies found throughout our Universe. He was sent under the direction of the “Man” (male advanced being) whom all of our mothers trusted to give us the best mortal experience possible for our own good. This overseer called himself the son of this man, and his followers called him the “Son of man.”
I would say that the reason why this Son of man didn’t travel but 50 miles in any direction of his place of birth, was because he didn’t need to in order to be among the few inhabitants of the earth (the some of the “150 million siblings”) who needed the experience to prove their real and true self to themselves.
I would say that from the invented, free-willed mortal decisions that these “150 million siblings”) made, came the Bible, which became the ruling code that some of these “150 million siblings” used to rule the earth and the rest of the majority (the majority of us who didn’t have a problem with our advanced humanity and the restrictions placed upon us…we just wanted to be happy).
I would say that the United States of America was arranged to allow these “150 million siblings” an even better opportunity to know themselves.
I would say that Joseph Smith was commissioned to allow an American religion to be invented that would lay the foundation for a church that would become one of the best situations into which to place some of the “150 million siblings”—who needed the experience the most, i.e., the experience of being in situations where they could hold positions of authority and prestige, have good looks, privilege, and knowledge, and have all the other situations in mortality that we (as mortals) long to achieve.
I would say that once this American religion reached its full potential of providing the situations where some of the “150 million siblings” could hold positions of authority and prestige, have good looks, privilege, and knowledge, and have all the other situations in mortality that we (as mortals) long to achieve, the “guidance counselors” commissioned another mortal, one “like unto the Son of man,” (Rev 14:14) to do what the Son of man did 2000 years before him. And once this man finally settled down and agreed to work with the guidance counselors as he agreed to do in our advanced world, guess where they placed him to do the same work that the son of Man had done, and for the same reason?
Orem, Utah (and the surrounding area within 50 miles). A place where the “guidance counselors” are going to make sure over the next 130 years that those of the “150 million siblings” get all the experience they are going to need to understand their real and true self.
There should be no wonder why the majority of the people of this world are suffering in misery and poverty, and are having all of the experiences of opposition without the opportunity of being in situations where they can experience positions of authority and prestige, have good looks, privilege, and knowledge, and have all the other situations in mortality that we (as mortals) long to achieve.
I would say that the majority of us don’t need the experiences that are required by our other “150 million siblings” to know our real and true self and be able to accept the wonderful world and society enjoyed by our creators.
However…I would say…that the majority of us concede,
“Why not participate in the learning experiences of our ’150 million siblings’?”
“Because, while they’re going through the situations they need for their own sake…
…the rest of us (the majority) are gaining valuable experience in the opposition of all things for our sake.”
And at last I would say,
IT’S ALL GOOD! ALWAYS HAS BEEN, ALWAYS WILL BE—WORLDS WITHOUT END!
This Daily Journal will continue throughout my life. I’ll share whatever comes to mind, whenever it comes to my mind.
Sheri and I went to Target. When we got out of the car, I noticed an elderly lady struggling to open a plastic Sobe bottle (they can be quite difficult at times). I approached her and asked if I could help. She gave me the bottle…and it was difficult.
I then asked her if she wanted me to load a heavy box she had purchased in her car. She rejoiced that I would help.
When I finished, she offered to give me a case of soda she had purchased for my help. I told her we didn’t drink soda and all I wanted was a smile from her.
Then something overcame her. It seemed that she became possessed with the spirit of joy and giving. She went for her purse and was digging around for money. I insisted that I would never take her money.
She responded, “I get Social Security, and you’re not going to get it, so take my money. I’m going to spend all of my money before I die and not leave it to my family, so you take some.”
“I’ll run you down,” she continued, as Sheri and I tried to slowly back up and distance ourselves from her.
When I could see she picked up her step and probably would have ran after me and had a heart attack, I stopped and went back to her. I had no choice but to take the $10 bill she was waving in her hand.
There in the middle of the Orem, Utah, Target parking lot, two strangers, one a long-haired hippy and one who appeared to be a conservative elderly woman, embraced in a hug of incredible comfort and peace. After the embrace, I took the $10 and bid her happiness as she spent the rest of her family’s inheritance.
It’s incredible what one small act of kindness can lead to.
Throughout this month I have been placing a code at the bottom of each daily entry that was for my personal use. The codes tracked my exercise and diet. I’m sure there were those who were coming up with all kinds of “vain and foolish imaginations” in their heads about what this code meant. It would be very humorous to go back through our mortal existence and see how many innocent personal codes turned into mysterious equations of unknown origin that the conspirator might perceive as a “message from God.”
The only message I was putting out there to myself was: get off your ass and exercise, eat less and be healthier.
It’s amazing to see all the diet fads out there. Yet, there is only one that works: calories in and calories out.
(NOTE: Just heard on the news this morning that researchers have determined that genes do not necessarily affect one’s being prone to obesity. After years of study and research, scientists have discovered that people with a high propensity to obesity due to genetics can diet and exercise and not experience the effects of their genes. SERIOUSLY! I actually saw this on the national news! I am LAUGHING MYSELF INTO HYSTERICS HERE!!!)
Even my closest friends have shared their diet experiences with me. The Fergusons and Rohs tried a diet fad of having injections of a certain female hormone as they dieted. The gist is that they can eat all that they want for a few days, then they must only eat 500 calories per day while they use these injections for 14 days.
AGAIN, I am LAUGHING MYSELF INTO HYSTERICS HERE!!!
GOD, I love the Fergusons and the Rohs, but…
(I am LAUGHING MYSELF INTO HYSTERICS HERE!!!)
…WHO ONLY EATS 500 CALORIES A DAY FOR TWO WEEKS IS GOING TO LOSE SOME SERIOUS WEIGHT!
All diets are ridiculous…HOWEVER…whatever placebo is needed…should be used.
Diet fads are all placebos.
It has always been and always be: calories in and calories out.
From my experience this month, this is what I found, which is excellent for me!:
I lost 12 pounds in a month by doing simple (well, sort of) exercises and watching my caloric intact. I was still able to eat ½ gallon of ice cream on a few occasions as long as I did something extra to burn the calories.
You see, my diet fad, my injections, was my daily code. Any time we take an extra effort to be aware of something, our ability to accomplish what we desire is greatly enhanced, not by the fad, injection, or code, but by the implementation of the intent.
(Paying tithing works the same way. God doesn’t bless anyone for paying 10% of his or her income. Once they pay 10% of their income, they are forced to take a more intense look at their budget, thus not spending their money without reflecting on whether or not they have enough money to pay their tithing and please God.)
All diet programs promise weight loss on one condition: use “along with proper diet and exercise.” You’ll never find a diet promise that doesn’t have this disclosure.
Take for example, Lipitor, a drug taken to lower one’s cholesterol. Read the claims. They include “along with proper diet and exercise.”
I have a message for the Fegusons and Rohs:
I will sell you some pills that if you follow the instructions properly you will lose 20 lbs in two weeks GUARANTEED OR YOUR MONEY BACK! I’ll sell them to you for ½ of what you paid for your injections and donate the profits to the MWAW. :-)
Eat all you want for 3 full days! Yes, enjoy! Open up those fat cells!
For the next two weeks, you can ONLY HAVE 500 calories per day and you must take the pill “along with exercise”. (Exercise is anything you can do beyond passing out because you’ve only been eating 500 calories per day.)
If you do not lose 20 lbs. or close to it in two weeks, then I will eat humble pie and never question the marvelous work and a wonder of any diet program you tell me about?
Here’s the code and what it means:
slu: Number of sets of lunges.
Now, these lunges are incredibly hard and not recommended for the faint of heart!
I lift a 40 lb. weight in each hand. While lunging forward on my left leg I curl the weight in my left hand; then I lunge forward with my right leg and curl the weight in my right hand; then I dip backwards on my left leg while I curl both weights; then I dip backwards on my right leg while I curl both weights; then I lift both weights high above my head and do a full squat; then I lift both weights high above my head and do another full squat.
AND THAT’S ONE REPETITION!
I repeat the above repetition 4 times to make ONE SET!
The number I place in front of “slu” is the number of SETS I did that day. I try to do 8, which pretty much wipes me out. After each set my pulse is at about 180 beats per minute and I have to rest a few minutes to recover for the next set.
spshu: Number of sets of push-ups
I do as many push-ups as I can and call it a set. I usually do at least 50 push-ups per set with my feet elevated on something, and at least 80 when I am on level ground. When I use push-up aids, which elevate the hands and cause one to lower the body beyond the normal horizontal resting position and place a lot of stress on the lower arm and hand to keep one up, I do considerably less repetitions. Sometimes, if available, I’ll put someone on my back and do push-ups—these are the ultimate workout. I can probably do about 10 with Sheri on my back.
pl: Number of sets of pull ups.
I hate pull ups and hardly ever do them. Maybe next month.
w: Number of miles walked.
bkw: Number of miles I walked backwards.
This exercise is amazing for the body and the brain.
r: number of miles I jogged at about a 9 mile per hour pace.
wgt: My daily weight.
If it says zero I didn’t weigh myself that day.
cal: The estimated number of calories I ate that day.
can: Did I eat candy that day?
gm: Did I go to the gym?
grd: Did I have a green drink today?
That’s pretty much all there is to it!
I can promise anyone:
If you just do as many sets of the lunges as you can (with a weight you can reasonably lift) at least 3 times a week, your body will be the best it can be…
… along with proper diet and exercise.
Here’s how I ended the month:
See you next month!
