There’s a bit of a buzz in the “vain and foolish” imagination of my enemies/critics as to my current whereabouts. As it is none of their business, and as I am not on any legal probation of any kind, it remains “none of their business.” :-)
However, since I am under mandate to give a full disclosure of truth in this Daily Journal (and the Journal is being monitored and copied by my publisher for future publication and archive), here are three of the possibilities of my current location, which, if my enemies/critics can pull themselves away from the imaginary concepts they event in their heads, they can analyze by the clues given to figure out where I am currently. (Hint: look at the expiration dates … just thought I’d help out a little. :-) )
I understand that someone has been attempting to serve me legal papers, first by going to Julie Taggart’s home and then to Ida Smith’s home in Orem, UT. I DO NOT live with either Ida or Julie; and if any legal papers are ever dropped off at either of their homes, or mailed there according to Utah law once a reasonable attempt has been made to attempt process, she who receives any such documents (either Julie or Ida) will personally go to the court and the Judge whose names are provided in the document, with the document in hand, and testify that I do not reside with either of these women.
Yes, it is true that we use an Orem address as our mailing address, but I also use the Idaho and Minnesota addresses as my mailing address. Unlike what the City Weekly reported and innuendoed about my “Recreation Vehicle,” Sheri and I utilize the RV as our home when we need it, and lived in it for over 2 1/2 years. When I need to travel alone, without Sheri, she stays with friends, which yes, could include Ida, Julie, or whomever.
And yes, I have stayed at Ida’s from time to time, and might again from time to time …
… but this is nobody’s business but my own.
My personal legal representative has been given papers numerous times. He is my legal agent and can and will accept any legal process on my behalf:

Since this Daily Journal will become an historical part of the Marvelous Work and a Wonder® (the work), and Sue Kammerman’s comments about this work being “bullshit” were published in the City Weekly story, I am obligated (but am saddened in doing so for Sue’s sake) to share the email I sent to Sue ending our relationship within the work.
Again, Sue did not turn on this work, she’s always had somewhat of a problem with me personally as many do, until she became offended by my cutting her off from this work, and for the reasons (outlined somewhat in the email) as to why I did.
Also, for the sake of brevity and a full disclosure, knowing it is highly unlikely that Harry Dschaak will attend the upcoming Critic’s Symposium for the MWAW® to confront me face-to-face with his numerous allegations and continued rhetoric (although I really wish he would so that the world could see him as he truly is), here is what occurred to initiate my desire to alienate him from having any part of this work or me:
In short,
Kurt Smith did not listen to my counsel to not go into business with anyone whom he met through this work or associate in financial matters with anyone he met through this work.
Harry wanted something to do in the work. I assigned him to translate The Sealed Portion into Spanish, a language in which Harry has some proficiency.
Kurt thought he would be supporting the work by helping Harry (who was struggling to provide for his own family at the time) establish a means of business that would free him up so that he could focus on the translation.
Going in business with Harry cost the Smiths tens of thousands of dollars, wiped out their savings, and put them in extreme debt.
I became aware of the situation, and being concerned for the Smith’s financial demise, as well as knowing the real Harry, I intervened, cut Harry off of the work, and told the Smiths I wanted nothing to do with them if they continued a relationship with Harry Dschaak, knowing full well that they would choose this work over Harry, thus ending their business affiliation with him and improving their prospects of digging themselves out of the financial hole in which Kurt Smith had placed his family because of his desire to serve the purposes of this Marvelous Work and a Wonder®. Through the Urim and Thummim I had ascertained that had Kurt continued to support Harry Dschaak, he would have continued to place his family in financial ruin.
Kurt takes full responsibility for his bad decisions, does not hold Harry liable for his misjudgment, and is driving a truck (he’s a College graduated and certified Engineer) to supplement his income in providing for his family.
Although it was Kurt’s decision, I adore that family of 10, and did everything in my power to end his financial free fall, owing to the fact that Kurt would have never met Harry, nor had anything to do with him, had it not been for me and the MWAW®.
Furthermore, to supplement the Smith’s income, I made it legal that Monica Smith’s publishing company owns the copyright to the books of this MWAW®. Any profit from the sale of a bound book belongs to her company, I having no part whatsoever in any income therefrom.
End of story.

Face of Mideast unrest: young and hungry for jobs

Poverty line rises for families in Zimbabwe
“The nation’s 240,000 civil servants, teachers and government workers are planning to strike to protest average monthly incomes of around $200. With massive unemployment, most Zimbabweans survive on the equivalent of about $1 a day. Two million people are set to receive food aid in coming months, according to the United Nations.
The former regional breadbasket is struggling to emerge from political gridlock, economic collapse and international isolation and sanctions after President Robert Mugabe ordered the seizures of thousands of white-owned farms in 2000, disrupting the agriculture-based economy.”
The noose around the world’s governments’ neck to provide the basic necessities of life for the people of the world will continue to tighten. If the governments don’t hang themselves, the people will rise up, as has been the case, and hang them. However, the governments have an option: military strength. Any government can use its military power to ward off any number of people rising up against it.
The world has two choices: either incorporate the WUF’s plan to provide people with their basic necessities, or a job that will do so, or start continued war to kill the people who rise up and keep their minds off the fact that its their government’s fault they have nothing to eat.
The lessons from Zimbabwe are a profound example of why the WUF’s plan is the ONLY way global eradication of poverty will work:
The Zimbabwe government took away Capitalism when it ” seiz[ed] … thousands of white-owned farms in 2000, disrupting the agriculture-based economy.” Zimbabweans don’t know how to farm like corporations do, nor do they know how to build houses and infrastructure, provide clothing, and healthcare like profit-driven economies do.
The events of this world occurring today, and that will continue to occur, will prove the necessity of the WUF plan. And when the world realizes this, unless it simply chooses to kill the poor and needy through war and abandonment, the governments won’t call it the WUF plan, they will take credit for finally figuring out what to do. They will realize that it is “good fruit” and a way to save the “roots of the tree, which are still good.”
Now for those with eyes that see and ears that hear:
“Wherefore, dig about them, and prune them, and dung them once more, for the last time, for the end draweth nigh. And if it be so that these last grafts shall grow, and bring forth the natural fruit, then shall ye prepare the way for them, that they may grow. And as they begin to grow ye shall clear away the branches which bring forth bitter fruit, according to the strength of the good and the size thereof; and ye shall not clear away the bad thereof all at once, lest the roots thereof should be too strong for the graft, and the graft thereof shall perish, and I lose the trees of my vineyard.” (Jacob 5:64-65)
Ever wonder why the WUF plan, given by advanced beings under the direction of the Overseer (“Lord of the vineyard”) of our solar system, incorporated Capitalism (a “branch that brings forth bitter fruit”) into the plan to eliminate poverty and inequality (“ye shall not clear away the bad all at once”)? Ever wonder why they could not have done so until we had the technological means (“the strength of the good and the size thereof”); and therefore, the potential to accomplish it?
The enemies and critics of this work, including, now, Sue Kammerman and Harry Dschaak, speak the truth:
“The Marvelous Work and a Wonder® is bullshit!” (Rather, bull’s shit.)
This Marvelous Work and a Wonder is, in fact, the “dung” (shit) by which the “trees of the vineyard” are being fertilized “once more, for the last time.”
Those who have eyes that see will see. Those with ears that hear will hear and understand.
