John Lynch from FAIRMormon responded to Julie Taggart about the comments I made on the way his organization does business. (See post.)
Now, in all fairness and honesty, Mr. Lynch has a right to respond.

My apologies to you. I seem to have conflated Mr. Namelka with Mr. Leland
Freeborn with regards to the event at the FAIR conference where literature
was distributed against FAIR policies. I regret the innocent mistake which
resulted from my conflating the two (who both came to FAIR’s attention about
the same time). Like modern and ancient prophets, I appear to be no less
fallible. Rest assured, deception was not my intent. Also, it was obviously
Mr. Freeborn whom I met at that time and who was kind and unassuming as I
described in my earlier reply to your email to FAIR, and not Mr. Namelka.
I do, however, stand by my stern admonition to you to rethink your
association with Mr. Namelka, whom I consider to be an individual who is
knowingly drawing people such as yourself away from the priesthood authority
that has the power to exalt. I similarly stand by my assessment of Mr.
Namelka’s claimed revelations.
As per my previous email to you, I would very much appreciate it if my email
address could be removed from the web site so as to not make yourself and
Mr. Namelka unwitting participants in creating spam. While my private
correspondence to you was not intended for broader distribution, I have no
problem with my message being presented in its entirety as Mr. Namelka has
done, provided my email address is removed.

No, Mr. Lynch. I’m not going to remove your email address from the posts. But I am open to a quid pro quo settlement. :-)
I have allowed you to respond, copying your email unedited, unabridged, and in its full context. Isn’t this fair? Yet, your organization, which hypocritically uses the word “fair” in its presentation, will not allow me to respond to the misguided information, lies, innuendo, and general bias you present against me to the public.
Here’s the quid I’ll accept for (pro) the quo in removing your personal email address from my Daily Journal (website):
If you provide links to all of the books of this Marvelous Work and a Wonder®, so that those who come to your website can read the books for themselves, instead of depending on the biased and obviously subjective opinions of your editors/moderators, then I’ll take your email address off my Daily Journal.
Deal? :-)
Of course, you don’t make deals with the devil, now do you, Mr. Lynch?
Furthermore, if your LDS General Authorities … you know … the ones you’re trying to convince Ms. Taggart, have “the power to exalt” her … got wind that you were in any way in dialogue with me, directly or indirectly, and that your dialogue reflects pretty badly on the LDS Church, don’t you think they would use their “power” to influence you not to have anything to do with me and this work?
Of course, they don’t have a problem with you and your organization presenting your opinions in favor of their religion without offering those whom you disparage the opportunity to respond directly to your alleged FAIRMormon “facts.”
That’s nice, Mr. Lynch. :-)

Mr. Lynch, you attempt to present yourself (to Julie) as if you’re a kind, articulate, concerned “brother” who only wants to warn her and bring her back to those who can “exalt” her. Anyone with an honest heart and a thinking mind can see through your “sheep’s clothing.”
Please tell us how it became “obvious” to you that it was Mr. Leland Freeborn who attended your conference instead of me? (SEARCHERS OF TRUTH: Read Mr. Lynch’s words very carefully.) Is it, as you secretly imply, because Mr. Freeborn “was kind and unassuming” and that I am not?
How do you know that I am not kind and unassuming, Mr. Lynch? Have you ever met me?
Have you ever, really, read and pondered any of the books of this MWAW® in its entirety?

If you were wise, you would delete any mention of my name and anything associated with this work from your website. Sigh … :-)
I must inform you that, after 2012, we will be taking a good look at your website, and you personally, as well as it’s other moderators and organizers. If we find that you and your organization has, in any way, “expressed either by printing or by signs or pictures or the like, tending to blacken the memory of one who is dead, or to impeach the honesty, integrity, virtue or reputation, or publish the natural defects of one who is alive, and thereby to expose him to public hatred, contempt or ridicule,” we will file a lawsuit against you for libel.
Here’s the official Utah Code provision:
45-2-2. Libel and slander defined.
(1) “Libel” means a malicious defamation, expressed either by printing or by signs or pictures or the like, tending to blacken the memory of one who is dead, or to impeach the honesty, integrity, virtue or reputation, or publish the natural defects of one who is alive, and thereby to expose him to public hatred, contempt or ridicule.
Why?
So that we, then, have a public forum (a court of law) in which to counter what your organization has said.
And if you think this is a bluff, you had better talk to Jeffrey R. Holland, M. Russell Ballard, former Utah Senator Robert (Bob) Bennett, Hyrum and Denis Smith, and the attorneys who represented the LDS Church in the lawsuit I previously filed against them.
Do you think that I think I will win?
Not in the state of Utah with the influence that the LDS faith has over a great majority of the state’s judges, but I will have my point officially recorded so that any interested might have a side of the issue that your organization will not present.
(Oh, yes, “Legion” and those responsible for the chrisnemelka.com website, will be suing you also for the same reasons. You had better read over the definition of “Libel” given above.)
Although I can think of nothing worse than having to deal with the courts, the powers that be are going to have me get involved again so as to protect the integrity of this work.

So, Mr. Lynch,
Here’s another quid pro quo solution to your dilemma with me:
Organize a symposium where all of the greatest minds behind FAIRMormon gather with the object of presenting their allegations and information against me face-to-face. Allow me to respond (in person) to those of you who claim to be “fair.” But you have to show up, IN PERSON. You see, when presented side-by-side, person-to-person, to the public, you don’t stand a chance of coming out reasonably respected as those who purport to be on the side of “fairness.” It is easy for the public to see a “wolf” dressed in “sheep’s clothing.”
I’m quite serious.
Nothing would be better than to have your organization accept the challenge. But, of course, those whom you believe “have power to exalt” will not allow you to do this, will they, Mr. Lynch? But why not? Did not Alma confront Korihor and show IN PUBLIC that he was a deceiver? Why wouldn’t they support such a public confrontation and show of their “power”? Because they have NO POWER TO EXALT! They have no power at all, except over the minds and hearts of those whom they have led away and deceived. The truth: I am the “Alma” and you and your leaders and faith are the true “Korihors.” And if you do not believe this, then allow the symposium to take place. (Julie Taggart would be more than willing to help you organize it.) :-)
Since I’m sure you will not face me in public, then why not have your best scholars, your wisest men, your most “powerful” priesthood holders just call me up on the MWAW Radio Show and talk with me there? It airs every Sunday evening at 8:00 p.m., Mountain Time. The call-in number is: (424) 258-9349. No one needs to see what Mr. John Lynch really looks like compared to what I look like. (Does that comment take away from my “unassuming” nature, Mr. Lynch, or from my kindness? Or do I speak the real truth? There was a reason why the Jews, especially those who had convinced the people that they had the “power to exalt,” hated Jesus, the Christ. Part of that was because they could not confound him in public, especially when they stood face-to-face with him.)
Mr. Lynch, I promise you, if you call in I will treat you with fairness and compassion and allow you to state your opinion. But I will also promise you that if you do, I will overwhelmingly present evidence that ONLY I HAVE THE POWER TO “REDEEM THE PEOPLE FROM THE FALL,” and that your leaders, your faith, and your priesthood, are useless to a human’s salvation. I promise you this, so please call! :-)
