Tying up ends and other sundries.

Spent the day tying up ends to my legal representation of Rod Vessels.  I wish he and his family the best as they deal with the issues of his disability.  Rodney has made great sacrifices … some he doesn’t even know he’s making.  But the end of my responsibility towards him has brought renewed peace and less stress.

During the MWAW Radio Show yesterday, I emphasized the necessity of maintaining a different value and priority in regards to my personal relationships as I fulfill the role required of me from the Marvelous Work and a Wonder®.  Of course, my enemies and critics hear these things and jump all over themselves as they attempt to present me according to their own judgment.  One sent the following link to many people, I suppose, hoping it would somehow change their mind about me:

http://chrisnemelka.com/chris-nemelka-charged-with-felony-again/

The extent these guys go to in an attempt to discredit me.  Their presentation is as far from the truth as any could be.

First, they claim I “plead guilty in abeyance and will now have a hearing where he will try to convince the judge that he was a victim of the court system which disabled him from working, and he really does not owe that much.”

I haven’t pled guilty to anything and I have no intention of trying to convince a judge of anything.  If we go to trial, I will choose a jury.

Their malicious insanity continues:

“But he will fail.  Not only will he fail to convince the judge, he will also have to explain to his remaining followers whose lives have been sucked dry – why he has been lying to them about this topic for so many years.”

Boy, these guys already have the whole thing figured out … I might as well just submit to their pretended fantasy.  :-)

They continue,

“Unfortunately for Nemelka, his whole life is falling apart. His saintly wife finally woke up and realized how sick his lying ass was, and decided to divorce him. Tell Sherri if she ever needs support, we have good connections for her.”

Sheri will get a good laugh out of that one!  And, if they want to offer Sheri support, her email address is:

mrs_cnemelka@yahoo.com

… an address that she intends to keep whether we’re divorced or not.  :-)

These guys are something else.  But hey, there’s a possibility, a slight one, that we’ll finally have some actual video footage of one of them (Mr. Harry Dschaak) as he attempts to confront me face-to-face in a “friendly” (at least on my part) debate.  Having both sides presented “in the flesh,” one will be better able to determine who is the “lying snake.”  :-)

As to my life “falling apart,” my life couldn’t be better.  The last few months have been so enveloped in Rod Vessel’s life that I haven’t had much time to stay current on this journal.  And yes, I say what I feel and I’m not angry when I give my opinion about “your” or “my” kids.  I do not see my critics and enemies as “lying snakes,” I see them as people, mostly men, who don’t have any value in their life, so they attempt to create personal value for themselves by attempting to discredit mine.  Oh, well.  Whatever one has to do to find a reason to live … I’ll play their nemesis, after all, it is part of my name.  :-)

But anyways,

The preliminary hearing for my court case on the child support issue is set for March 1.  I did receive an offer of a plea in abeyance that I refused.  The judge at the preliminary hearing will more than likely bind over the case for trial, as I have no proof that I paid any child support for the past three years, because I didn’t.

The Abeyance Stipulation and Order specifically states:

Defendant understands that inability to provide support is a defense to the crime of Criminal Non-support.

I fully understand this.  But it still isn’t the entire defense.  The defense is simple: criminal intent.  Not only did we offer to settle the child support issue during the past 3 years and were refused, but we were working towards Rod Vessels being accepted by the Utah State Bar so that we could go back to civil court for a hearing on the matter.  There was no criminal intent.

And get this,

A critic of mine has said that,

because I am the Trustee of the Ida Smith Marvelous Work and a Wonder Purpose Trust and, that I receive donations from people on behalf of this trust, then some should be used to pay my child support, because I spend a lot of time doing the purpose of the trust and not working a real job.

Really?

So,

If I’m put in a position of trust over something, then I have the right to use that position and the donations that are made in relation to that position of trust for my own debts?

Do LDS Bishops, who regularly accept donations from others for the purpose of the LDS Church, have the right to take that money and use it to pay their back child support?  And does being an LDS Bishop make a man any more employable than another man?  What if that Bishop lived in a neighborhood that hated Mormons and everyone knew that he was the Mormon Bishop; and that he had been accused and charged with a felony sex crime; and that he was once a polygamist (of sorts)?  Would it be easy for him to get a job?  Would anyone hire him?  And should he shun the duties of trust that come along with being a Bishop because of the unresolved legal issues that affect his personal standing in the community?

Just wondering.  :-)

But anyways,

There’s no doubt in my mind that if there’s any legal charge that seems reasonable to charge me with, my enemies will do whatever they must, again, to bring value to themselves, to get me in prison …

… How did Harry Dshcaak put it in his story?

Joseph was just another fraud who lived in different circumstances and his popularity was due to many things that are no longer possible in this day and age. He died too soon for his lies and machinations to be amply discovered by his flock, but such isn’t the case for Nemelka, as no one that I know of wants him dead. Prison yes, but dead? (no)

The only reason why Joseph’s enemies and critics killed him is because they couldn’t keep him in prison,

and,

They couldn’t shut him up or counter the work that he was doing.

No matter what one might think about Joseph Smith and the early Mormon Church, what type of people, what type of laws, what type of humanity would it take to do to those people what the United States of America allowed to happen to the early Mormons?  It took the type of people that now include my own enemies and critics.

Dear Harry was correct when he wrote that we live “in different circumstances and … [there are] many things that are no longer possible in this day and age.  One of those things that is now possible is that I am still alive and better protected by more liberal societal laws; and that I am available to counter the plethora of bullshit that my enemies think they use to discredit me and stop this work.

Mr. Dschaak, his rhetoric and his passion of hate for me has not caused one person (except the Kammermans who were destined to go with him) to change their mind about me and this work … not a one.  Yet since his postings and all of his investigations, hundreds have come to know this work.  Once one comes to know what this work is really all about, one soon realizes the messenger doesn’t matter.

And the only way that I will ever be stopped is by killing me.  But even if my enemies succeed in that, and they won’t, there is no way the Marvelous Work and a Wonder® will ever die.  In one way or another, many, many people will be affected for another 133 years by what it represents and teaches.

FYI,

The MWAW Apocalypse (the full disclosure) will be given during the MWAW Radio Broadcasts for June 2012.  At that time, each book associated with this work will be discussed and each book’s relevance to the MWAW Apocalypse revealed.  In other words, the world will finally understand why advanced humans interceded the way that they did at this time and why they introduced this Marvelous Work and a Wonder® into the game of life.  :-)

P.S. Oh yes, you can bet that my enemies are working overtime to get me put in jail so that I cannot give the June 16th presentation.  And they might prevail.  But the MWAW Radio broadcasts will still be given regardless of where I’m at.  How?  Well, that’s one of those “things that are possible in this day and age.”  :-)
