I’ve been distracted from my role as a true messenger, but not really.  The situation in which I find myself helping Denton Thiede is part of my role of disseminating real truth.  One day, I will publish all the facts of the court cases in which I became involved.  Then, the real truth will be known.  Then, the time, the few months, that I have been distracted from the Marvelous Work and a Wonder® will prove its value to this work.

If one would get into the cases, one would fine that the opposing sides are trying to use my involvement with Denton as a distraction from the real truth.  Now, I have to be careful of what I say about this, because the opposing sides are looking for any opportunity, any misspoken word, any comment, that they might use to run to the judge and cry “Foul! Mr. Nemelka is being abusive and mean!”

But I can give this allegory of what is happening:

Denton Thiede is like a 1st grader playing at recess and being abuse and taken advantage of by other kids.  I’m like a sixth-grader who sees the abuse and steps between Denton and his abusers.  The moment I got between Denton and the other kids, they could see that they weren’t going to bully him anymore.  But instead of going off and playing somewhere else on the playground, they ran into the principal’s office (the Court) and started blaming me for abusing and bullying them.  The Principal (the Judge) comes out on the playground and takes me into his office and threatens to expel me if I don’t stop bullying the other kids.  The Principal doesn’t give me a chance to defend my actions, because he is friends with the parents of the kids who were bullying Denton.  But even so, I tell the Principal that I’m going to continue to stand up for Denton, if those kids start abusing him again.  If the Principal expels me, oh well!  I will quit school and take Denton with me to another school so I can watch over him and protect him.  That’s pretty much what’s going to happen.

But no,

Denton has been doing exercises and lifting weights during all the bullying accusations and is getting stronger every day.  He’s going to be able to stand up to the bullies that he encounters in the future.

To add to the allegory in a different light,

Denton’s like an extremely strong boy.  Imagine a large boy that everyone makes fun of because he doesn’t know how to play the game very well.  Everyone wants Denton on their team to help them win the game.  They know that they can’t win without Denton.  Well, Denton was never treated with the respect he deserved for being the strong boy, because the other boys were smarter than he was in respect to how the game was played.  I sat on the sidelines, because I don’t like playing the game, and began to observe the way that Denton was taken advantage of by the other boys.  When Denton started to question why he was the only one with the muscle and the only one responsible for winning the game, the other boys taunted him and made him feel stupid.  So, I go out onto the playing field, take Denton by the hand and tell him that he doesn’t need these other boys to win the game; that he can do it by himself.  Denton doesn’t have the ability to play the game by himself, so I step up and make him part of my team, but give him all the glory that he deserves.  This makes Denton happy and he will continue to beat the other teams by himself, holding my hand.

So, who are the boys that lost Denton’s muscle going to blame?  Not Denton.  Me! :-)

I’m going to blast the world, again, on my Radio Show tonight.

I’m going to discuss how people are pacified and lulled away into carnal security until their true humanity is cheated, and they are carefully led into a hell of their own creation.

I recently spoke to a good friend about her finances.  She told me that she monitors her finances every day.  She told me how much interest (usury) she makes off her investment accounts, and how she wants to leave everything to her kids.  SHE ACTUALLY TOLD ME THESE THINGS! :-)

I’m not sure if she thought I would be impressed by her success in investing and managing her money, or what.  What I told her was basically this:

“If you look at me as a true messenger, and you say to me … (now, I’m going to write in allegoric terms according to religious prose)

“Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?”

I would respond:

“Why callest thou me good?  None is good, save one, that is, your true self.”

The following are the exact words that I wrote to her:

“… follow your heart, be a Goddess, the one powerful creator of your OWN reality and do what YOU want.”

She wants to do good.  She is a wonderful person who would hardly hurt another in any way.  I could expound on what she does and has done throughout her life, which are really good things, and she would say to me:

 ”All these have I kept from my youth up.”

But, then I told her one thing (in other words),

“Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.”

 ”And when she heard this, she was very sorrowful: for she was very rich.”

This woman, like many others, has been led into “carnal security.”  All is well in her little experience upon this earth.  All is well.  She is distracted by her money, something she has not had all of her life, but which brings a lot of value to her life now.

I told her … well, I tried to explain to her … about the evils of interest and dividends.  I even quoted Mahatma Gandhi, defining the NUMBER ONE sin that he perceived of the world:

“Wealth without work.”

Isn’t that what everyone wants?  Wealth without work?  Isn’t this what interest and dividends on investments provides a person?

In her carnal security, her true humanity is being cheated out of the opportunity to exist according to the alignment of her foundationalized perfection.  She believes that “all is well,” because according to her bank account, it is!

So,

If I tell her that not investing in stocks and dividends and being a part of the driving force of Capitalism and the Free Market system, is good, and she responds that this advice:

“This advice if of no worth.  Would it be worth it to me, “… to move my investments into savings where my income from would be .15% or $81 per month instead $627 per month?   Then sell my mineral rights and put that into savings at .15% instead of $1,054 per month?“

Now, anyone with a sound financial mind would argue that she would be a lunatic if she cashes in her investments for a simple CD account that pays a lot less interest.

That’s right!  She would be a lunatic!  A strong lunatic!

And here is your Wikipedia definition of the word:

“‘Lunatic’ is an informal term referring to people who are considered mentally ill, dangerous, foolish or unpredictable; conditions once called lunacy. The word derives from lunaticus meaning ‘of the moon’ or ‘moonstruck’.”

I’ll let her figure the rest out.  :-)

But this is from the book that led her to the Marvelous Work and a Wonder®:

“Wo unto them that turn aside the just for a thing of naught and revile against that which is good, and say that it is of no worth!”

Enough said to this good friend.  :-)

And when I saw that she was very sorrowful, I said, How hardly shall they that have big bank accounts enter into peace within the soul … i.e., the kingdom of God within!

And I would not that you think that I know of myself—I know nothing of the temporal but of our true natures, not of the worldly mind, but of our foundationalized, true, humanity alignment.

No religious people are more DISTRACTED from their true humanity than LDS/Mormons.  They are so involved in worldly success, genealogy, going to church, fulfilling church assignments  attending the temple, or feeling guilty that they’re not attending the temple, worrying about how often they sin in their minds, usually by lusting after others, worrying about what “fine clothing” they are going to wear to church, worrying about what their LDS/Mormon neighbors think of them, worrying about what their Non-LDS/Mormon neighbors are doing that might corrupt their kids, worrying about the neighbor next door who wears her bikini to wash her car and how that carnal behavior is going to affect their husband, or their own jealous mind, and worrying about everything else that will keep them from their illusionary Celestial kingdom,

… that they don’t have the time to read and study the Book of Mormon.  The BOM is not really a relevant part of their life on a day-to-day basis.  They don’t need it.  They have their “inspired and revelatory”  leaders who will lead them in everything they need to do. Yep, the trust in the arm of flesh.

Now, a note to you LDS/Mormons, who profess to love and hold the Book of Mormon dear to your hearts:

DO YOU READ THE DAMN THING?

If you do, DO YOU UNDERSTAND IT?

Do you apply it to your current situation?  It was meant for you.  It wasn’t meant for those of whom it was written, or of whom the storyline is about, it was meant for YOU, TODAY!

DID YOU MISS THE PART THAT SAYS,

For behold, the Lord hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep. For behold, ye have closed your eyes, and ye have rejected the prophets; and your rulers, and the seers hath he covered because of your iniquity.

(What one of your rulers, your prophets, seer, and revelators knows real truth?  Can they answer all your questions?  Do you ask questions?  Of course not, because you are in “the spirt of deep sleep.”)

And it shall come to pass that the Lord God shall bring forth unto you the words of a book, and they shall be the words of them which have slumbered.  And behold the book shall be sealed; and in the book shall be a revelation from God, from the beginning of the world to the ending thereof.  Wherefore, because of the things which are sealed up, the things which are sealed shall not be delivered in the day of the wickedness and abominations of the people. Wherefore the book shall be kept from them.  

(Have you ever wondered why you haven’t gotten the “sealed portion” yet?)

And the things which shall be written out of the book shall be of great worth unto the children of men …

And the day cometh that the words of the book which were sealed shall be read upon the house tops; and they shall be read by the power of Christ, (which is real truth [the power of Christ is the sharp two-edged sword that comes out of his mouth, i.e., the real truth]); and all things shall be revealed unto the children of men which ever have been among the children of men, and which ever will be even unto the end of the earth …

Therefore, I will proceed to do a marvelous work among this people, yea, a Marvelous Work and a Wonder®, for the wisdom of their wise and learned shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent shall be hid.

The following is about the time period WHEN THE SEALED PORTION COMES OUT, not when the unsealed Book of Mormon is available to the world:

It’s about you people, today in 2013, the Book of Mormon goes on:

Yea, they have ALL gone out of the way; they have become corrupted.

Because of pride, and because of false teachers, and false doctrine, their churches have become corrupted, and their churches are lifted up; because of pride they are puffed up.

They rob the poor because of their fine sanctuaries; they rob the poor because of their fine clothing; and they persecute the meek and the poor in heart, because in their pride they are puffed up.

 They wear stiff necks and high heads; yea, and because of pride, and wickedness, and abominations, and whoredoms, they have ALL gone astray save it be a few, who are the humble followers of Christ; nevertheless, they [the humble few] are led, that in many instances they do err because they are taught by the precepts of men.

The difference between the “precepts of men” and the message of a true messenger, is in the worth that it has to an individual person.  Is the worth carnal, or spiritually?  Is the worth in things of this world, or in things of the true human soul?

Oh, but a financial advisor, an attorney, a judge, and those who have been “trained for the ministry of the devil’s (this mortal flesh) works,” are the wise and the learned and the rich.  Investment and riches made without working are wise and good. NO, THEY ARE WHOREDOMS (see the definition of the “whore” below*) that create a world that inflicts the majority to benefit the minority.  If you don’t think that Capitalism and the Free Market system creates “whoredoms,” then you do not understand these systems and how they work.

 O the wise, and the learned, and the rich, that are puffed up in the pride of their hearts, and all those who preach false doctrines, and all those who commit whoredoms, and pervert the right way of the Lord, wo, wo, wo be unto them, saith the Lord God Almighty, for they shall be thrust down to hell!

 Wo unto them that turn aside the just for a thing of naught and revile against that which is good, and say that it is of no worth! For the day shall come that the Lord God will speedily visit the inhabitants of the earth; and in that day that they are fully ripe in iniquity they shall perish.

 But behold, if the inhabitants of the earth shall repent of their wickedness and abominations they shall not be destroyed, saith the Lord of Hosts.

 But behold, that great and abominable church, [that's right: Capitalism and the Free Market economic systems], the whore* of all the earth, must tumble to the earth, and great must be the fall thereof.

For the kingdom of the devil must shake, and they which belong to it must needs be stirred up unto repentance, or the devil will grasp them with his everlasting chains, and they be stirred up to anger, and perish; [they will not perish according to carnal things, but will perish according to spiritual things].

For behold, at that day shall he rage in the hearts of the children of men, and stir them up to anger against that which is good.

And others will he pacify, and lull them away into carnal security, that they will say: All is well in Zion; yea, Zion prospereth, all is well—and thus the devil cheateth their souls, and leadeth them away carefully down to hell.

And behold, others he flattereth away, and telleth them there is no hell [except that fiery pit in which the wicked who do not go to church are thrown]; and [their flesh] saith unto them: I am no devil, for there is none [except the one with horns and a tail, who is a fallen angel]—and thus [the flesh] whispereth in their ears, until [their carnality] grasps them with [its] awful chains, from whence there is no deliverance.  (And when my friend checks her money accounts every day, is she not “CHAINED” i.e., enslaved, to do it?  Can she keep from doing it?  No!  There is no deliverence!)

Yea, they are grasped with death, and hell; and death, and hell, and the devil, and all that have been seized therewith must stand before their true self, and be judged according to their works, from whence they must go into the place prepared for them, even a lake of fire and brimstone, which is endless torment.

Now let’s let John the Beloved define “fire and brimstone” for us:

20:9 And the armies of Gog shall go up on the breadth of the earth, and compass the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city; and I saw fire come down from God out of heaven, and devour them who fought against the Lamb.

No matter what opinions might be held, no matter how much logic might be presented, the experience and knowledge of eternity (“fire come down from God out of heaven”) possessed by Him and those who helped create this solar system by following the laws and order of the Universe, shall “devour” anything that stands against them. Those who have lived for a thousand years without the illusion of the “American Dream,” have fallen in love with the “bridegroom’s wife,” and now enjoy the standard of living that the laws of Christ have established and provided for them.

The kingdom of God upon earth (the city”) has truly become a “beloved city.”

20:10 And the devil, who is the dragon that deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, who are tormented day and night for ever and ever.

The realization that our human natures (“the dragon”) must be controlled in order to establish peace and happiness, will be foremost in our minds. The truth (“fire”) helps us smell the putrid odors (“brimstone”) we leave behind, after we have come to realize the damage to happiness caused by the illusory “American Dream” (“the image of the beast”), and the empty counsels of religion and self-help and spiritual gurus (“false prophets”).

20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth fled away; and the veil that covered the host of heaven dissolved and heaven was rolled together as a scroll; and there was found no place for those who had been cast into the lake of fire and brimstone.

The righteous (“white”) power and authority (“throne”) of our Creator will cause all of our previous earthly works to flee from before His face (“from whose face the earth fled away”). Unfortunately for many, they will not be able to justify to the “One who sits on the throne,” the good works they did that were actually evil.

Jesus prophesied:

Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I pro- fess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. (Matthew 7:21–23)

Our works in mortality are figuratively recorded in heaven (“rolled together as a scroll”) as a witness against us (see commentary Revelation 6:14). Once “the veil” has been dissolved, and we understand the truths of eternal reality, we will find there is no place for those things that take away from our happiness.

And all the host of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll: and all their host shall fall down, as the leaf falleth off from the vine, and as a falling fig from the fig tree. (Isaiah 34:4)

20:12 And I saw the quick and the dead, small and great, stand before the Lamb of God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the Book of Life: and all were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; (II Timothy 4:1)

The “books” that “were opened” are what is written in the “scrolls of heaven,” which are an accounting of our works. Our experiences will be compared with the eternal laws and order of heaven, which are written in “the Book of Life.” The laws and order of the Universe are eternally established, and will always be as they always have been forever. If our works do not conform to what is written in the “other book that was opened, which is the Book of Life,” we will judge ourselves with remorse and embarrassment (“punish her double”).

 Therefore, wo be unto him that is at ease in Zion!  Wo be unto him that crieth: All is well!

Yea, wo be unto him that hearkeneth unto the precepts of men, and denieth the power of God, and the gift of the Holy Ghost!

 Yea, wo be unto him that saith: We have received, and we need no more!

And in fine, wo unto all those who tremble, and are angry because of the truth of God! For behold, he that is built upon the rock receiveth it with gladness; and he that is built upon a sandy foundation trembleth lest he shall fall.

Wo be unto him that shall say: We have received the word of God, and we need no more of the word of God, for we have enough!

 For behold, thus saith the Lord God: I will give unto the children of men line upon line, precept upon precept, here a little and there a little; and blessed are those who hearken unto my precepts, and lend an ear unto my counsel, for they shall learn wisdom; for unto him that receiveth I will give more; and from them that shall say, We have enough, from them shall be taken away even that which they have.

Cursed is she that putteth her trust in man, or maketh flesh her arm, or shall hearken unto the precepts of men, save their precepts shall be given by the power of the Holy Ghost.

Wo be unto the Gentiles, saith the Lord God of Hosts! For notwithstanding I shall lengthen out mine arm unto them from day to day, they will deny me; nevertheless, I will be merciful unto them, saith the Lord God, if they will repent and come unto me; for mine arm is lengthened out all the day long, saith the Lord God of Hosts.

I am the “arm of the Lord.”  Yeppers, and the Marvelous Work and a Wonder® is the merciful way that the real truth is extended to the people of this earth “from day to day.”

Like it or not!

And if you’re not a LUNATIC, you’re not worthy to be part of this Marvelous Work and a Wonder®!

Should we be thankful for our mothers?

Should the majority of the people in this world be grateful that a free-willed human, having the choice (and I’ll explain this choice more below), started a new life here upon this earth?  A life of constant challenges?  A life of emotional pain?  A chance to experience abuse, inequality, incest, rape, existing in a constant environment of struggle and need?  And finally, giving us life so that we would one day have to experience death?

What kind of mother is that selfish, that uncaring, that self-centered of a woman?  Why would she do that to anyone?

I give no accolade, thanks, or expected praise to the mothers of this world.  You guys are pathetic!  And if you think for a moment that you couldn’t have prevented our births as a child, think again!

For example,

Let’s say a mother is pregnant in captivity and her own experience speaks to her rational mind that her child, if a girl, will eventually become a sex slave to her captors; and if a boy, an abused slave to his master’s will all the days of his life.  Why dosen’t this mother, in this situation, commit suicide?  She has the power.  She has the control.  Why wouldn’t she sacrifice her own life for the sake of the child’s?

And if, according to some religious beliefs, a child is saved in the highest kingdom of God if the child dies before the age of eight, why wouldn’t the caring mother ensure her child guaranteed exaltation by killing her child before the age of eight?

And yes,

That’s exactly what the majority of the mothers upon this earth are doing: bringing new free-willed humans into existence so that the child can become a sex slave to its own human nature (because of the natural lusts of the flesh); and especially for females, slaves to the lusts and desires of men.  The male child will become a slave to its “male” instincts and its attributes, its propensities of dominance, its pride, ego, and testosterone-based emotions.  And all will become a slave to the economic beast that continues to devour this world.

So, why do women do it?  What would propel that supposedly loving, caring, and nurturing mother to forget what the world’s like and create another child so that it will end up suffering?  What motivates them?

The simple answer:

The greatest, uniquely human, motivator of all:

Hope.

As defined in the Human Reality book,

Although a woman can be chained and abused by her captors; although she can know, seemingly without doubt because of her own experience, that the probability of her child having freedom and safety is minimal, she still has hope that in spite of this improbability,  there’s a chance that she, as a mother, with motherly instincts, can protect her child and make everything better.

Where does this kind of naive, illogical, yet powerful emotion (hope) come from?

The HR book goes on to explain,

Because of the deep, subconscious energy of our memories of the potential of a “mother”  (i.e., what our advanced mothers did for us), a mortal mother’s hope is established.

That’s why women keep having kids “in spite of the improbabilities that seem to be part of their present experience.”

So, in that sense:

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers, advanced or mortal!

I was working on a great post, then became distracted by other concerns involving the beastly things I am attempting to handle for Denton Thiede.

We’re getting things in place to help me get back to this work.

I promised Ida a “good” post.  I’ll start working on it again when I can.  It’s entitled: The Greatest Trick Ever Played On Women By Men.

I’ll explain it thoroughly,  but to peak one’s interest:

The greatest trick men have been playing for centuries is the implementation of the legality of marriage into the little game we’re all playing upon this earth.

Why pay 10 cows in a transaction for the presence and loyalty of a woman when you can invent an illusionary bond, enhanced by a vow to fulfill that bond, that makes a woman think she’s worth 10 cows?  If you can get her to believe she’s worth the cows, then you don’t have to actually have the cows to execute the transaction.  :-)

Think about it.

It really is a sick trick men play.

I’m referring to our existence in this Universe, as advanced human beings.

Of course, the Christians would want to think that their Christ’s (who would be comparable to our mutual solar system’s Overseer) birthday would be the most celebrated.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!

Let me explain it as it really is:

There’s a finite group of humans who belong to this solar system.

Being a finite group, there was obviously a first human and a last human created to form the group.

The Overseer was the first.  From then on, every other human that was brought into existence in this Universe has never known a time when this Overseer did not exist; therefore, his birthday (the day of his creation) had no relevant significance to any of our individual experiences.   As far as each of us knew, according to our perfect memory, he had always existed to serve us.

The most celebrated, the most anticipated, the most relevant “birth” of all was the last human born of the group.

We couldn’t wait for that last one to be created, to grow, and to choose a humanity type. We all knew that once that person was ready, we would all be ready to move to our solar system and enter the mortality phase of our experience.  Well, we moved to our solar system–one that was already prepared with planets and everything that we, as advanced humans, desired–and then we played the mortal game.  But none of us could play until that very last one was ready to play.

So, today, May 7th, we can all celebrate and adore that last one!

I, Christopher, having been asked by all people who belong to this solar system; having volunteered, then elected before the foundation of this world; having been consecrated and having the power and authority to perform the role of a true messenger because of this election.  I am now before you to attempt to deliver you out of the bonds of captivity, not the captivity of the body, but the captivity of the soul.

I will deliver you out of this bondage by the power of my words, which is the real truth, which is things as they really were, as they really are, as they really will be in the future.  And those who listen to me and seek to live by the words that I speak, the words of truth that establish us as human beings; that establish the feelings of the innermost core of our humanity, these belong to my “church,” my people.  These are those who are my friends and peer equals.  These are those whose actions and thoughts support the true purpose of human life, in other words, whose names are written in the “book of life.”

For behold, there are save two “churches” only: one is comprised of those who seek to and follow the course of their true humanity, the other is the “church” of the mortal flesh.  This other church is comprised of those who seek to and follow the course of this world, its successes, its vanities, its preoccupations, its inequalities, its predisposition to take advantage of others for personal gain, whether that gain be emotionally through envy, strife, jealousy and pride, or physically, through economic advantage.

Thus, there are but two kinds of people upon this earth, people who seek the best for themselves and also seek the same for others as they seek it for themselves.  The other are those who seek only what’s best for themselves and their families, and for those from whom they seek and receive personal value.

Thus, I will call the one church, the church of the lamb: for like a lamb, it is innocent, calm, meek and lowly; and the other the church of the devil: for it places us in an emotional hell and binds us with chains of negativity that encircle us with the fires of emotional hell continually.

And now behold, I say unto you, even you that belong to this church, the church of the lamb, or rather those of you who think that you belong to the church of the lamb, who think of yourselves as my peers, my friends, my wife.  Have you sufficiently retained in remembrance the captivity, the hell, in which you were once held before discovering this Marvelous Work and a Wonder®?  And moreover, have you sufficiently retained in remembrance that your souls have been delivered from this hell, this emotional negativity brought upon you by guilt and inequality?

Behold, your hearts were changed; yea, you were awakened out of a deep sleep, and you awoke unto your true self, the humanity instilled in you before this world was. Behold, you were in the midst of darkness; nevertheless, your souls were illuminated by the light of the everlasting word of real truth; yea, you were encircled about by the bands of death, in that your humanity lay dying within, and you were encircled about by the chains of hell, and an everlasting destruction did await your soul.

And now I ask of you, were you destroyed? Behold, I say unto you, Nay, you were not.

And again I ask, were the bands of death broken, and the chains of hell which encircled you about, were they loosed?  I say unto you, Yea, they were loosed, and your souls did expand, and you did sing redeeming love.  And I say unto you that your humanity was saved.

And now I ask of you, on what conditions are you saved? Yea,what grounds have you to hope for salvation? What is the cause of your being loosed from the bands of death, yea, and also the chains of hell?

Behold, I can tell you—the cause is the words of real truth delivered to you by a true messenger that you elected and consecrated before this world was.  And according to your faith in these words, there was a mighty change wrought in your heart. Behold I say unto you that this is all true.

And behold, when this mighty change was wrought in your hearts, you humbled yourselves and put your trust in the true nature of your everlasting advanced human soul. And behold, if you are faithful until the end, have you not saved your true self from destruction?  Are you then not saved?

And now behold, I ask of you, those who believe you are of the church as I am.  Have you spiritually been born of your true nature?  Have you received the image of the advanced human that you are, in your countenances? Have ye experienced this mighty change in your hearts?

Do you exercise faith in the redemption of this mortal flesh to the reality of our state as advanced humans?  Do you look forward with an eye of faith, and view this mortal body raised in immortality, and this corruption of our true natures, this corruption we are found in, raised in incorruption, to stand before our true selves and be judged according to the deeds which we have been done in our mortal body?

I say unto you, can you imagine to yourselves that you hear yourself, as an advanced human, saying unto you, in that day: “Oh, I am truly blessed, for behold, my works have been the works of righteousness upon the face of the earth”?

Or do you imagine to yourselves that you can lie to your true self, as an advanced human who cannot lie, and say to yourself: “Oh, my  works have been righteous works upon the face of the earth”?  Do you think that you can lie and save yourself from the real truth that you were unrighteous, or rather, you did not live upon this earth being true to your humanity.

Or otherwise, can ye imagine yourselves brought before the tribunal of an advanced mind that can remember everything that you did, everything that you thought, as if you just did it, or you just thought it?  Can you imagine yourselves brought before this tribunal with your souls filled with guilt and remorse, having a remembrance of all your guilt, yea, a perfect remembrance of all your wickedness, yea, a remembrance that you have set at defiance your true humanity?

I say unto you, can ye look up to yourself at that day with a pure heart and clean hands?  I say unto you, can you look up, having the image of your true humanity engraven upon your countenances?

I say unto you, can ye think of being emotionally comfortable with yourselves when you have yielded yourselves to become subjects to the lusts and wants of this mortal flesh?

I say unto you, ye will know at that day that ye cannot be saved from the emotional realization of your failure as a human being; for there can no one be saved except their garments, which represent their works, are washed white; yea, your garments must be purified until they are cleansed from all stain, through the concepts and precepts overseen and governed by him of whom it has been spoken shall be our governor, who should come to this earth and redeem all of us from our filthiness, even the way that we treat ourselves and the way we treat others.

And now I ask of you, how will any of you feel, if ye shall stand before yourself as an advanced human with a perfect remembrance of all things, and you see that your garments are stained with blood and all manner of filthiness? Behold, what will these things testify against you?

Behold will they not testify that ye are murderers, not murders of the flesh, but of the soul, of all that is good about being a human; yea, and will your stained garments not also testify that you are guilty of all manner of wickedness?

Behold, do ye suppose that such an one can have a place to sit down in the world  of advanced humans, with all those whose garments are cleansed and are spotless, pure and white?

I say unto you, Nay; except ye make yourself a liar from the beginning; or suppose that our true natures as a foundationalized human being, human children foundationalized by those who are pure and perfect humans, except you make them liars from the beginning;  you cannot suppose that such people have a place in an advanced human world; but they shall be cast out, for they are the children of this world, in other words, they are the children of the kingdom of the devil.

And now behold, I say unto you, if you have experienced a change of heart, and if you have felt to sing the song of redeeming love, I would ask, can you feel so now?  Have you walked, keeping yourselves blameless before your true nature?  Could you say, if you were called to die at this time, within yourselves, that ye have been sufficiently humble? That your garments have been cleansed and made white through the words of our Overseer, the words of real truth, that have been sent to you to redeem you from your fallen natures?

Behold, are you stripped of pride?  I say unto you, if you are not, you are not prepared to meet your true self. Behold you must prepare quickly; for an advanced world, wherein we live as advanced humans, is soon at hand, and such an one who is not prepared hath no hope for a peaceful eternal life.

Behold, I say, is there one among you who is not stripped of envy and jealousy?  I say unto you that such an one is not prepared; and I would that you should prepare quickly, for the hour is close at hand, and you do not know when the time shall come for you to die; for such an one with envy and jealousy is not found guiltless.

And again I say unto you, is there one among you that doth make a mock of his brother or sister, or that heapeth upon them persecutions by judging them or gossiping about them?  Wo unto such an one, for that one is not prepared, and the time is at hand that you must repent or you cannot be saved from your own embarrassment!

Yea, even wo unto all you workers of iniquity; change your ways, for you shall face your true self one day!  Behold, your true humanity sendeth an invitation unto all of you, for the arms of your own advanced mercy are extended towards you, and the deepest part of your soul saith unto you, even your true self saith unto you: Repent, and I will receive you.

Yea, your true self saith: Come unto me and you shall partake of the fruit of the tree of life; yea, ye shall eat and drink of the bread and the watersof life freely; Yea, come unto me and bring forth works of righteousness, yea, works consistent with that which you know are humane and good, and you shall not be hewn down and cast into the fire of embarrassment and failure.

For behold, the time is at hand that whosoever bringeth forth not good fruit, or whosoever doeth not the works of righteousness, the same have cause to wail and mourn.

 O you workers of iniquity; you that are puffed up in the vain things of the world, you that have professed to have known the ways of righteousness nevertheless have gone astray, as sheep having no shepherd, notwithstanding a shepherd, a true messenger, hath called after you and is still calling after you, but ye will not hearken unto his voice!

Behold, I say unto you, that besides me, your own true self doth call you; yea, and in your own name your true self doth call you, which is the name of real truth; and if ye will not hearken unto my voice or your own true self, which we are the good shepherd, you are not the sheep of the good shepherd.

And now if you are not the sheep of the good shepherd, of what fold are you? Behold, I say unto you, that the devil, this mortal flesh, is your shepherd, and you are of his fold; and now, who can deny this?  Behold, I say unto you, whosoever denieth this is a liar, because you have lied to your true self, and you are a child of the devil, a product of the fallen human nature of this world.

For I say unto you that whatsoever is good cometh from our advanced and true natures, and whatsoever is evil cometh from the devil, or the lusts of this mortal flesh.

 Therefore, if a you bring forth good works you hearken unto the voice of the good shepherd, and you doth follow your true humanity; but whosoever bringeth forth evil works, the same becometh a child of the devil, for he hearkeneth unto his voice, and doth follow the lusts of this mortal flesh.

And whosoever doeth this, yea, whosoever follows the lusts of this mortal flesh, must receive the wages of this mortal flesh;therefore, for these wages you receive death, as to things pertaining unto righteousness, being dead unto all good works.

 And now, I would that you should hear me, for I speak in the energy of my soul; for behold, I have spoken unto you plainly that you cannot err, or have spoken according to the common sense of your own humanity.

For I am called to speak after this manner, according to the holy order by which you elected and commissioned me, whose words are established in real truth; yea, I am commanded to stand and testify unto you this real truth.

And this is not all. Do you not suppose that I know of these things myself? Behold, I testify unto you that I do know that these things whereof I have spoken are true.  And how do you suppose that I know of their surety?

Behold, I say unto you they are made known unto me by the Holy Spirit of my own true self.  And now I do know of myself that they are true; for by the promptings and feelings of my true self these things have been made manifest unto me by this Holy Spirit; and this is the spirit of revelation which is in me, which is in all of us equally.

And moreover, I say unto you that it has thus been revealed unto me, as it can be revealed unto you in the same manner, that the words which have been spoken are true, even so according to the spirit of prophecy which is in me, which is also in you equally, which is also by the manifestation of the Spirit of our true self.

I say unto you, that I know of myself that whatsoever I shall say unto you, concerning that which is to come, is true; and I say unto you, that I know that you shall one day be confronted by advanced humans, led by the Overseer of this solar system, he who is full of grace, and mercy, and truth. And behold, it is he that cometh to take away the sins of the world in that he shall teach us and give indisputable proof of the things that we must do to be true to our humanity.

 And now I say unto you that this is the order after which I am called, yea, to preach unto my beloved fellow human, yea, and everyone that dwelleth in the land; yea, to preach unto all, both old and young, both bond and free; yea, I say unto you the aged, and also the middle aged, and the rising generation; yea, to cry unto them that they must repent and be born again, even born unto their true self, casting off this flesh and accepting our true reality as advanced human beings having a mortal experience.

And now, I say unto you, can you withstand these sayings; yea, can you lay aside these things, and trample you own true nature under your feet; yea, can you be puffed up in the pride of your hearts; yea, will you still persist in the wearing of costly apparel and setting your hearts upon the vain things of the world, upon your riches?

Yea, will ye persist in supposing that you are better one than another; yea, will you persist in the persecution of your brethren,who humble themselves and do walk after the holy order of their true humanity,wherewith they have been brought into this church to which I belong, to which belong all those who have forsaken this world, having been sanctified by the Holy Spirit of their true selves, and they do bring forth works which are meet for repentance—

 Yea, and will you persist in turning your backs upon the poor, and the needy, and in withholding your substance from them?

And finally, all you that will persist in your wickedness, I say unto you that you are they who shall be hewn down and cast into the fire except you speedily repent.

And now I say unto you, all you that are desirous to follow the voice of the good shepherd, come out from the wicked, and be separate, and touch not their unclean things; and behold, their names shall be blotted out, that the names of the wicked shall not be numbered among the names of the righteous, that the word of real truth may be fulfilled, which saith: The names of the wicked shall not be mingled with the names of advanced human people;

For the names of the righteous shall be written in the book of life, and unto them will be granted an inheritance in our advanced worlds.  And now, what have you to say against this? I say unto you, if you speak against it, it matters not, for the word of real truth must be fulfilled.

For what shepherd is there among you having many sheep doth not watch over them, that the wolves enter not and devour his flock? And behold, if a wolf enter his flock doth he not drive him out?  Yea, and at the last, if he can, he will destroy him.

And now I say unto you that the good shepherd doth call after you; and if you will hearken unto his voice he will bring you into his fold, and ye are his sheep; and he commandeth you that you suffer no ravenous wolf to enter among you, that ye may not be destroyed.

Now I, Christopher, speak by way of command unto you that belong to the church of the lamb; and unto those who do not belong to the church of the lamb, but belong to the church of the devil, I speak by way of invitation, saying: Come and be baptized, or rather cleansed unto repentance, that ye also may be partakers of the fruit of the tree of life.

I’m going to depart mortality to take a break for a few hours, maybe a few days … I don’t know.

I’ve felt my mind being somewhat affected, as it was a couple of years ago when I became sick for a few days and left normal reality into a weird experience, at least for those who had to deal with me.  It felt just fine for me.  :-)

But anyways …

And for you critics/enemies out there who continually doubt my sanity:

Try reading the books published by the Marvelous Work and a Wonder®, and then,

… you might have a right to comment on my sanity. :-)

Why won’t you just read them?  Study them.  See if they were created by an “insane” mind.  But then again,

If I am truly “certifiable,” then that would mean that the books are exactly what they claim to be; i.e., products derived and published under the direction of much more “sane” humans … advanced humans.  :-)

Herein is a subtle emphasis to my enemies:

“The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.”

It came to mind what is really going on.

Think about this:

One percent (1%) of 15 billion people (which is the approximate number of human beings who belong to this solar system) are going to justify “hating their neighbor and cheating their friend.”  Keep in mind that 1% of 15 billion is 150 million people; 150 million people who have lived upon this earth, who live upon this earth, and who will live upon this earth are pretty much responsible for most of the misery we have all experienced.

Now here’s another mystery solved for you:

The percentage of those who could never justify “hating their neighbor and cheating a friend,” while living during mortality, is  reversed in our advanced human world.  There, 150 million humans have chosen to be creators.  (Again, keep in mind that’s only about 1% of us … not too many, really.)

Yep, only about 1% of us are those who will have the ultimate human power, the ultimate human knowledge and ability.  Now, all advanced humans have the same knowledge, but just because you have a lot of knowledge doesn’t mean that you have the body to utilize it.  Just ask Stephen Hawking.

Think about this “game of life” and what we, as advanced humans, are trying to accomplish by playing it.  We are simply trying to prove our self to our self … that’s it!

If allowed the opportunity to exercise the full capacity of human free will, which only Solarian humans are allowed to do, what would we do with it?  We were all well aware that only Solarians held this ultimate power, but we didn’t understand why.

Why would any of us, as advanced humans, ever believe or imagine that we could fail?  And, as advanced humans, we really couldn’t care less what others think about us.  We were foundationalized with the ultimate self-confidence, the quintessential self-worth.  It is impossible to feel sub-par or unequal in any way as an advanced human.

In that existence, there are no ugly humans, no weak humans, no humans who are too short, too tall, too fat, or too skinny.  All humans appear equally self-endowed with all the qualities and beauty of everyone else.  Well is it said,

So, what about this “game”?

If we lined up all the people in the world … the present 7 billion people … you would find 70 million of them who,

• Are better looking than the average (the other 99%).
• Are endowed with a stronger body; and many, a sharper mortal mind.
• Born into a situation where they have a greater potential at having success in this life.

And these actually think they are the most “blessed” of all mortals.

Au contraire!

They do not realize that the rest of the people … the 99% … needed them to play their role in this “game,” to provide the opportunity for misery and oppression, inequality and suffering, requisite of this mortal experience.  All of this negativity caused, because they are better looking than the rest, endowed with more of the mortal propensities and abilities to succeed in a world that they control.

Now here’s the kicker:

Placed among the 1% of those who cause us to suffer, is a 1% part of that number, about 7 million on the earth today, who are those who could never justify “hating your neighbor and cheating a friend.”

Let me clarify,

Among the 1%, about 1% of them are of the humanity type that allows them to exist with all the same mortal opportunities,  but are of a Solarian humanity type.  (Julie Taggart is an example of one of these, in case any of you wanted to know. :-) )  They exist to set the bar for the others; to demonstrate that it is possible during mortality to be,

• Better looking than the average (the other 99%)
• Endowed with a stronger body and a sharper mortal mind.
• Born into a situation where they have a greater potential at having success in this life …

… and still be a good person and not cause problems for others.

We are placed in this life according to how we, as advanced humans, wanted to be “tested” and “challenged.”  Isn’t that why we play games?

Everything that I’m going through presently, as I confront those who have lost their humanity to their worldly success, who have sold the “sign and token of their humanity for money” … all this is emboldening my resolve to be the true messenger.  I find myself more connected to the plight of the “poor in spirit … they that mourn … the meek … they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness … the merciful … the pure in heart … the peacemakers.”

To all of you 99%, know this:

I’m here!  I’m not going anywhere!  I will stand against the 1%!  I will anger them and confront what they are doing!  I will not shrink from a fight against them!  I will mock them as they mock the very essence of goodness, compassion, and humanity!

I am one of the 1% of that 1%.  I was meant to be this way, purposefully.  Or would Stephen Hawking have been a better choice for my role? :-)

I will not win against them, anymore than anyone in my position has ever been triumphant over them in this world.

I will not win while I’m mortal.  I can’t even stand the game, but am getting more and more excited to play it for the sake of the role that I am playing.

But by God!

On June 16, 2145, I will win!

We all will win!

All of us except the 1%.

They will lose the game.

But then again,

They will “win” in understanding why their physical powers and abilities as an advanced human have to be restricted.  They’ll finally understand.

And just a hint to my enemies:

The “LDS/Mormon” culture is the ideal “level of the game” to place a player to challenge their humanity.  It was meant to be this way … and certainly not for the purpose that the LDS/Mormons think.

For those interested,

Attend the court proceedings in the future, if any there be, and analyze both sets of attorneys, Denton’s and the opposing side’s.  You’ll have a great time enjoying the obvious contrast.  And that’s all I can say about that … :-)

Friday, May 3, 2013, everyone’s invited to Denton Thiede’s home in Heber City (1687 Mills Lane) to show him some “humanity” and support.  After so many years of being abused and being taken advantage of, go show him what it is like to be sincerely supported and valued.

I wish all the 99% could get to know him.  He represents them.

Together, he and I are the perfect combination of humanity.  Those with “ears that hear and eyes that see” will see and understand this combination.  There’s no way I could ever do what Denton can do in this world …

… and there’s no way he could ever do what I do.

Since it’s not about me, I don’t know if I’ll be there or not.  I might.  I might not.  But don’t come for me, come for Denton.  And yes, he hates this kind of publicity.  He hates having anyone feel sorry for him, so don’t.  Get that man explaining the mechanics and physics of what he knows and you will not feel sorry for him … you’ll feel sorry that you’re so stupid!

Make sure everyone respects his home.  Keep it clean.  Keep it organized.  Sydney’s out of town, so she’s going to get mad at me for inviting everyone to her home without her being there to clean it up before hand.  And a note to Denton: Don’t clean a thing!  Just be YOU!  But, hey, it’s not about the surroundings.  It’s about the company.  Bring your own food.  Bring your own “spirits,” but do not drink and drive.  Take your excess food home.  Leave his place clean!  :-)

I wish it were that a true messenger wasn’t needed; that we could all seek the knowledge from within and redeem ourselves from the dark state of ignorance in which we all find ourselves upon this earth.

Keep in mind what “redemption” really means in context of the Book of Mormon allegory that I used in my last post.

“Redemption” means coming to an understanding and knowledge of the real truth.  We are in a “fallen” state from which we need to be “redeemed” by virtue of our mortal lives upon this earth.  During mortality, everything about our true existence is veiled by the inability of our imperfect mortal brain to remember.

Because mortality is what it is, we will always need a “Redeemer” to save us from our “fallen” state and teach us the real truth.  According to the allegory given in accepted scripture canon, the “Son of man” is the Redeemer of all mortals.  And although I am mocked for making the claim, it is true, that I am the “one like unto the Son of man,” as mentioned in John’s allegorical presentation in the book of Revelation.  It is my role to teach the real truth to mortals.

And as I am the “one like unto the Son of man,” I am also “like unto the THIEF” mentioned in Revelation 16:15.  The correct explanation of this verse is given in 666, The Mark of America-Seat of the Beast, pg. 367:

I have written and spoken much about the saga between Mr. D. and Mr. C..

To avoid any legal problems that might arise from discussing the matter outside the courtroom, I’ve refrained from posting in my Daily Journal, afraid that I might slip up, purposefully, and say or write something that might put me in jail for a couple of days on a contempt of court charge. :-)

I mentioned “outside the courtroom,” because the situation between Mr. D. and Mr. C. is now “inside the courtroom.”  The public can follow the drama for itself:

Case: Civil No. 130902461, R. CURTIS ENCE, Plaintiff, vs. FILTAKLEEN MANUFACTURING, INC., a Utah corporation; DENTON E. THIEDE, an individual; CHRISTOPHER NEMELKA, an individual; SET ENTERPRISES, a Utah corporation, Defendants.

Hearing: Friday, April 26, 2013, 9:00 A.M., before the Honorable Todd M. Shaughnessy, Judge.

Location: Matheson District Courthouse, 450 S. State, Salt Lake City, Utah.

Now that the case has been mentioned, and unless the judge issues a gag order, or a “private matter” of this particular case, whereas Judge Quinn ruled another part as a “private matter,” I will now use the litigants’ real names.

I’ve done everything within my power to convince Mr. R. Curtis Ence (Mr. C.) to settle this case without taking  the step to make this a legal and therefore, a public matter.  The purpose of my posts, my rants, my raves, everything that I did, was to attempt to get Mr. Ence to tell his attorney, Erik A. Olson, the truth.  I had hopes that Mr. Olson would recommend a settlement.  I even attempted to call Mr. Ence personally, at his Syntek Global, Inc. corporate offices, and with compassion and a sincere love, convince him to settle with Denton E. Thiede (Mr. D.) without any monetary damages or litigation.  We could have settled with no money being exchanged!  All Mr. Ence had to do was talk with me and Denton.  That’s it!

Mr. Ence wouldn’t take my call.  He trusts his attorney, Mr. Olson, one of the most arrogant men I have ever met.  But now the public can gain its own opinion of what kind of attorney is representing Mr. Ence, and what kind of attorney Olson is.  In my opinion, he is a damn good attorney, who knows and presents the “law” very well.  Olson is highly “trained for the ministry” of law!  But what Olson doesn’t know, is real truth.  What he doesn’t do, is seek for the best “out” for his client.

But now, it’s way too late.  Now, it’s not about the money.  Although Denton will be asking for a multi-million dollar settlement, to be disclosed when he files a Counter-Complaint against Mr. Ence, this case is about the real truth!

I was personally named a Defendant in the case.  This gives me the right to defend myself, and I will be doing so Pro-se.  Yep, a fool for a client, yet a true messenger standing up for real truth.  My Answer and pleadings in the case will be filed with the Court no later than Wednesday, April 24, 2013.  One need only go to the Court after this time and read the claims against me and my filed Answers.

Then, on Friday, during the hearing, I will get to defend my position in front of the judge, whom I hope is fair, kind, compassionate, unprejudiced and unbiased in how he treats this case.  He will already be apprised of my claims as a true messenger, because in Mr. Ence’s filed “Declaration,” most of his complaints are about little ol’ me.  A whopping three-fourths of his “attachments” are copies of my Daily Journal.  :-) :-)

This is verifiable proof that I gave Mr. Ence every opportunity to avoid a legal confrontation by his own admission in what he presents in his “Declaration.”

Denton did not file the suit first; Mr. Ence did!  Although through his [Denton's] attorney, Terry R. Spencer (a staunch LDS member, who couldn’t care less who I claim to be or what I believe … he’s only interested in the truth), Denton would have forgiven everything and moved on with his life had R. Curt Ence come to him to sit down and ask for forgiveness.  In fact, Mr. Ence wouldn’t even have had to ask for forgiveness!  Denton would have let it all go, if Mr. Ence had left and gotten on with his own life.

BUT NOW I AM INVOLVED!  Now, the claims of the Marvelous Work and a Wonder® are going to be tested in a court of law, where evidence will be given and recorded forever.

Do I know the real truth?

Is what I say the real truth?

Do I know, and am I capable of defending, the real truth?

Even if Denton’s attorney recommends that he settle with Mr. Ence, I will not!  I will not settle until the real truth is accounted for and brought to light.

Now,

How does this make me a “THIEF“?

It makes me a “thief” because I am about to steal (“take away”) R. Curtis Ence’s freedom; his,

“… pride, [his] materialism, and [his] disrespect for others and their beliefs.  [I will rob him] of [his] family unit, communities, nations and borders, and make [him] equal to [Denton] in all things.  [I will rob him] of [his] heroes, [his] leaders, even all those to whom [he] looks as the quintessential example of a successful human being. [I will rob him] of [his] ignorance, [his] degrees, [his] doctorates, and [his] worldly intelligence that creates our classes, our castes, and our divisions.  [I will rob him] of [his] businesses, corporations, …” and even his beloved church membership!

In reality, “I” am not going to rob Mr. Ence of anything.  The REAL TRUTH is going to be like a “thief in the night,” hitting him when he least expected it!

And now the profound caveat:

But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh. (Matthew 24:43–44)

R. Curtis Ence should “have watched and not have suffered his house to be broken up.”

This means that Mr. Ence should have been a righteous man, treating Denton as he treated himself.  But because “his house” is in such disarray, it will be very easy for the real truth (“the Son of man”) to enter therein and steal everything that he values.

And thus it is!

I’m sure I’ll see many in court next Friday.

And if anyone thinks they need me to know truth, that one has not found the “salvation” offered in the real truth that comes by way of this Marvelous Work and a Wonder®.

However, it is my role to help each person wade through the imagination of the mortal mind and put things back together again like they used to be “from the foundation of the world.”

Think about what “from the foundation of the world” really means.

Here’s a few Book of Mormon references to show that the advanced human authors of this book knew how to use the term properly.  They used in it reference to this work:

• Ether 4:14

  14 Come unto me, O ye house of Israel, and it shall be made manifest unto you how great things the Father hath laid up for you, from the foundation of the world; and it hath not come unto you, because of unbelief.

• Ether 4:19

  19 And blessed is he that is found faithful unto my name at the last day, for he shall be lifted up to dwell in the kingdom prepared for him from the foundation of the world.

  14 Behold, I am he who was prepared from the foundation of the world TO REDEEM MY PEOPLE. Behold, I am Jesus Christ. I am the Father and the Son.*** In me shall all mankind have life, and that eternally, even they who shall believe on my name; and they shall become my sons and my daughters.

How can you believe in a “Father” and in a “Son” as two separate beings, when before the foundation of the world, they were the same person?  Here’s more proof of this concept given in your Book of Mormon:

Mosiah 15:

1 And now Abinadi said unto them: I would that ye should understand that God himself shall come down among the children of men, and shall REDEEM his people.

 2 And because he dwelleth in flesh he shall be called the Son of God, and having subjected the flesh to the will of the Father, being the Father and the Son—

3 The Father, because he was conceived by the power of God; and the Son, because of the flesh; thus becoming the Father and Son—

4 And they are one God, yea, the very Eternal Father of heaven and of earth.

Doesn’t make a lick of sense to the mortal mind influenced by the philosophies of man mingled with scripture and void of a complete understanding of real truth.

But it makes perfect sense to one who knows the real truth, which the BOM authors did, and they used the metaphoric representation to get your mortal mind to think beyond the box in which it is imprisoned.

Think about your TRUE self as an Advanced God.

You are “the Father,” because you were “conceived by the power” of this God.  In other words, you conceived yourself in your own mind, according to your own free will, from the foundation of the world, or rather, ever since you started playing this little game we’re all playing on this earth.

You become your own “Son” because you “subject the flesh to the will of the Father.”  Your true self is in control of everything that happens while being mortal upon this earth.

And ONLY YOU can “redeem” yourself.

And what does “redeem” mean?

Well, you have to consider its true meaning in context of how the BOM was written.

Read these passages carefully. (Find the part, again, where Jesus Christ is called both “the Father and the Son,” “prepared from the foundation of the world to redeem my people”):

Ether 3,

12 And he answered: Yea, Lord, I know that thou speakest the truth, for thou art a God of truth, and canst not lie.

 13 And when he had said these words, behold, the Lord showed himself unto him, and said: BECAUSE THOU KNOWEST these things ye are redeemed from the fall; therefore ye are brought back into my presence; therefore I show myself unto you.

14 Behold, I am he who was prepared from the foundation of the world to redeem my people. Behold, I am Jesus Christ. I am the Father and the Son. In me shall all mankind have life, and that eternally, even they who shall believe on my name; and they shall become my sons and my daughters.

The brother of Jared (the character in the story) was REDEEMED because he was shown things that had been “hid up from the foundation of the world.”  Redemption comes ONLY THROUGH THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE REAL TRUTH OF ALL THINGS.

This truth is known by “the Father,” YOUR TRUE SELF, that “canst not lie.”

Although many people lie to others, ONE CANNOT LIE TO THE TRUE SELF!  When someone is lying to their true self, that person feels guilt, frustration, a literal hell of confusion!

My role, “the one like unto the Son of man,” is like Jesus’ role: to come into this world and redeem the people by giving them knowledge of the things that “the Father” knows, things that are not a lie.

Each of you knew these things “from the foundation of the world.”  They are what “the Father” knows and what “the flesh” desires to know but cannot quite comprehend without a “redeemer” (i.e., one who redeems).

So, until your REDEEMER gets back to this Marvelous Work and a Wonder®,

Pray always to the Father, in the name of the Son, that he will bless you with understanding.  :-)

Ida Smith met with her brother, Denis, today.  Much attempt was made in trying to convince her that I am deceived, she is deceived … and that he [Denis] “loves me.”  (Cough, cough.)  Ida is one tough cookie.  And if her family ever entertains the thought that she is not mentally stable enough to deal with her own affairs, and makes any attempt to seek a court order to take away her ability to make her own decisions … well … let’s just say … technology is a bitch! :-)  (That didn’t make sense, but that’s all I’m going to say about that for now.)  :-)

I’ve been working hard to help Mr. D’s company stop its financial bleeding and help him reconstruct it so that Mr. D can finally find some peace.  Unfortunately, to do this, I have to resort to the hidden wisdom of old biblical sayings to help him find this peace … and while I’m working for him, find my own,

And the brother shall deliver up the brother to [stress], and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to [stress].  …

Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.  And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household.

He that loveth father or mother more than [peace] is not worthy of [peace]: and he that loveth son or daughter more than [peace] is not worthy of [peace].

I, for one, will never put my love for anyone above my love for personal peace. Throughout history, the sons (not the daughters) of the family unit have been the greatest burden to the father, and I’ve witnessed few families in my experience upon the earth, this time around, where the sons cause more stress and emotional dissonance than Mr. D’s sons do to him.

On Monday, April 1st, I will end Mr. D’s business relationship with all of his sons.  It’s either the last one working for him who has to go, or me.  And since it is Mr. D’s company, and my value to his company’s success, and to Mr. D’s peace, that has been tested and proven over the past few weeks, there’s not much question in Mr. D’s mind about who has to go … to the great chagrin and heartache of Mrs. D, who is one of the sweetest women upon this earth.  But since this last son didn’t commit any gross misconduct to warrant his dismissal, he will be offered a fair severance package and other proposals to help him on his way to find some personal peace without continually clashing with the father whom this son has grown to hate and disrespect throughout his life.

Mr. C (Mr. D’s ex-partner), has about 10 days to respond to some small demands before the authorities are given open access to everything that we have found.  This has to occur, because we would be an accessory to multiple felonies if we fail to report what we know. However, I am going to intercede on Mr. C’s behalf once more, for the last time, and propose a settlement to end the drama, end the mess, and hopefully bring more peace to Mr. D, rather than forcing him to have to face the court battle for millions of dollars that would ensue.  I’ll be working on this proposal to present just before the 10 days are up.  It is certainly not fair to Mr. D on a financial level, but will be justified in the emotional stress he will save having the situation come to an end.

Jesus H. Christ!  How can any human be termed “illegal”?

And aw, shucks!  It was kinda fun revealing things that Mr. C didn’t reveal to his counsel in hope of rectifying this situation before the lawsuit was filed.  Again, my intent in this was to help Mr. C avoid any prison time for his acts of tax evasion, felony embezzlement and fraud.  My role is over in preventing any of this.  What will be, will be, by the free will of those who chose to act accordingly.

But I have a bit more to say, in fine … Sigh … :-) … to Mr. C and the rest of the soon-to-be-named litigants who believe that their “God” will help them avoid the justice of the laws of man:

Mr. D is still a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with the same inalienable rights to which you all lay claim.  He has not been excommunicated.  Therefore, he has all the rights to the “Holy Ghost” that you do.  Yet, he realizes, through the “power of this Holy Ghost,” that prayer, fasting, attending the temple, and doing all that one might do to enlist the aid of the Almighty to lighten the burden of their sins, is to no avail.

You see,

When Mr. D attended the temple, he believed what he saw and what he heard.  He saw Adam (who represents every man receiving his endowment in the temple) praying fervently for the assistance of God: “Oh, God, hear the words of my mouth!  Oh God, hear the words of my mouth!  Oh God, hear the words of my mouth!”

A God did indeed answer Adam.  The exact same God who is going to help Mr. C with his defense … I mean the exact God who is going to turn his back on Mr. C when the going gets tough.

When Christ himself called upon his “Father” to save him in his pain and agony, even when he was innocent of all things of which he was accused, God was nowhere to be found: “Father, why hast thou forsaken me?”

Didn’t Christ set the ultimate example?  If the Father of Christ wouldn’t save him, why are you, Mr. C, fasting, praying, going to your temple, and counseling with your religious leaders and equally pious friends that you might receive divine assistance in this legal matter?

I can promise you that your last words as you hang crucified on the “cross of justice” administered by U.S. courts and the justice system will be the same as Christ’s: Oh, God, why hast thou forsaken me?

And as you pine away at what you know you face, as you mock all human decency in your denial of all you’ve done against Mr. D, as you call on God to “hear the words of your mouth,” there are many people anticipating, watching, the presentation of your own mortal endowment and the disclosure of what kind of human being you really are.

I stand on the side of real truth.  My time upon this earth is mandated and valued by how I stand up for this.  Thus, I’m fully engaged at present in helping Mr. D bring Mr. C and his cohorts (and these don’t have a clue what’s about to hit them as they stand equally accused in supporting Mr. C in his abuse and fraud against Mr. D), before the “judgment bar” of the only God who hears and answers mortal prayers during our sojourn in this “lone and dreary world”:

LUCIFER.

Those who follow the Marvelous Work and a Wonder® must be patient and remember what they’ve learned and are learning from all this:

Do not trust the “God of this world.”  Trust the God that speaks to you in that still, small voice.  ”It is not a harsh voice, neither a loud voice; nevertheless, and notwithstanding it is a small voice that pierces you to the center, insomuch that there is no part of your frame that it does not cause to quake; yea, it pierces you to the very soul, and causes your hearts to burn.”

Mr. C cannot hear this voice.  If he did, he would desire to settle this case with honesty and integrity before a messenger of real truth is sent to deliver the message that cannot penetrate his hardened heart.

But those who know what this “voice” is understand it to be the “voice of the Father,” or rather, the conscious thoughts of their higher, advanced self attempting to help them be true to their humanity … to who they really are … outside this lone and dreary world.

The opposing attorneys representing Mr. C, Mr. R, Mr. and Mrs. R2, and Mr. D’s son, are anticipating what I will reveal next in public.

And this week was full of more uncovered deceit and lies by those whose gross misconduct has harmed Mr. D.

Mr. C’s attorneys are telling him that the burden of proof is on Mr. D, so there’s not a need to settle at this point.

Hey, Mr. C, and your Multi-level Marketing cohorts, who stole Mr. D’s money over the years,

Did you actually think that we expected you to admit your guilt and agree to a $1.5 million settlement?  Do you think your counselors at law, who get paid handsomely for representing you, want you to settle?  Of course not!  If they did, they’d lose a lot of income!

And yes, the burden of proof lies on Mr. D.  And, Oh my, does he have proof!

Shame on you for lying to your attorneys, Mr. C, and not disclosing all that you know that you did.

Unfortunately, the proposed settlement offered by Mr. D was the only way to let everything go away and not define, uncover, and prove Mr. C’s embezzlement, tax evasion, and fraud.  Now Mr. D is going to court against Mr. C and many others, and the information that will come out during the discovery process will be available to the authorities at their will.  If Mr. D’s side discovers a felony, then that action, according to law, must be reported or Mr. D will be held liable.  And Mr. D intends to fully abide by the law.

Why do you think I’ve been revealing parts of the evidence and case in my Daily Journal that I know they are reading?  It was my role to do everything that I could to keep Mr. C from going to prison.  I hoped to have pointed out enough to encourage a settlement.  I failed.

Okay, a recap of what is going on:

Haven’t heard anything from Mr. C. this week.

But Mr. R, Mr. and Mrs. R2, and their deceptive company, purchased an attorney and claims … are you ready for this preposterous claim? … and I’m quoting this directly from a letter to Mr. D from his attorney,

“Are you aware, Mr. R’s employment with [Mr. D's company] was terminated, via email from Christopher Nemelka (who appears to be neither an officer nor a director of [Mr. D's company], but rather acting on your instruction) dated February 25, 2013.  This termination was a breach of the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) in that there was no material breach of the MOU on the part of Mr. R, nor was the proper termination procedure followed, i.e., Mr. R was not given written notice of any material breach nor allowed thirty days to cure said alleged breach.

More importantly, in addition to Mr. R’s termination being a violation of the MOU, it was also a violation of state and federal law regarding retaliatory terminations.  Mr. R was illegally terminated because he refused to violate federal law by terminating an employee based on that employee’s religious faith.  Not only does this unlawful action threaten liability for the company, you may be found personally liable to Mr. R.”

WTF?

This is typical of the lies that the defendants are telling their attorneys.

The facts will show that I uncovered Mr. R’s embezzlement of company funds to unjustly enrich himself and his family.  When I confronted Mr. R and demanded that he come clean, which I gave in a “written notice” via email, Mr. R immediately called his sister-in-law in Florida and told her to cash all the checks she was holding for her deceptive company, and he never responded to me and came clean.  So he was, of course, fired.

Did Mr. R expect Mr. D to say,

“Oh, that’s okay that you went behind my back without my knowledge and permission and signed a contract that I didn’t know about or approve of that would have soaked me for hundreds of thousands of dollars in 2013.  That’s okay.  I’ll give you another 30 days pay and allow you to rectify what you did, trusting that you will never do anything like that again.  Because I am completely gullible, as evidenced by my having anything to do with you in the first place.”

And also when Mr. R colluded with Mr. D’s son, the very next day, and contacted some of Mr. D’s best customers and attempted to get them to stop doing business with Mr. D and do business with Mr. R’s and Mr. D’s son’s newly created company!   Damn dudes!  Don’t ya think that these highly respectable customers are going to testify of what you did?  Sure sounds like Mr. R was worried about being improperly fired when he immediately attempted to sabotage Mr. D’s company.  Yeppers, indeed!  So let’s wait and see how the R family’s counselor is going to spin and distort these facts.  :-)

What is happening in these cases is becoming laughable.  But hey, an attorney will represent anyone for anything for a good retainer.  Hell, if someone wants to sue their mother for allowing the doctor to slap them when they were born, they can find a lawyer to file it for you.  Attorneys don’t care about the winnability of the case, if their clients are willing to pay for the fight.

And fight we will … Mr. D and me… standing up for real truth.

Well, let me tell you something about Mr. D:

He might be gullible, but he is definitely no Dummy!  The more I work with him, the more his intelligence manifests itself.  It was his humanity that allowed him to be deceived,  and it is his intelligence that is going to allow him to prevail in the end.

Get this: Along with the backups of all the company records that Mr. C kept over the years, Mr. D had his son back up all of Mr. C’s personal computer files, which computer belonged to the company.  And, Oh my! :-)

Yep, attorney’s don’t like real truth.  They get paid to turn real truth into what helps their client.  They certainly don’t like me, and their hate is going to increase as I stand behind Mr. D while he sues them all.

Now,

This sure seems to be a mean thing to do, doesn’t it?

What about the Golden Rule, our true humanity?  Don’t fight and sue in court for anything.

Shouldn’t Mr. D just forgive and forget?

Well, Mr. D tried to let it all go, but no party wanted to go that route … the route of going on their merry way and leaving Mr. D alone.

They wanted, and still want, money!

They have no qualms about selling the signs and token of their humanity for money.  And if it’s money they want, then money they are going to get.  However, the only money that they are going to get from Mr. D is going into the pocket of his own attorney to ensure that these malicious ones never do this to anyone else again.

There hasn’t been one business deal that I have dealt with since involving myself with Mr. D and his company in which I have encountered a person who has not sold the sign and token of their humanity for money.  The business world is more corrupt than I ever imagined; however, Mr. D has gained the trust and confidence of some good people, good customers that are as honest with him as he is with them.  These are rare people, but genuinely good … and yes, they are NOT, they are FAR from, pretending to be religious.

Now,

I’ve been accused of being prejudiced towards LDS people … that’s what Mr. R’s attorney claims in his demand letter.

Well, Mr. D’s attorney, whom I hand picked, is LDS.

Many of the vendors and people I deal with in Mr. D’s company are LDS, and I will never have a problem with them, nor they with I, as long as they are “honest in their dealings with their fellow men.”  You know, you LDS hypocrites, the thing that you are asked in order to be found worthy for your temple recommend … the recommend that allows you to watch a presentation that encapsulates the real truth that Joseph Smith was not allowed to tell you in plainness …  the one where Peter asks Adam if he has sold the sign and token that he received in the Garden of Eden for money.  You don’t understand this symbolism, do you, oh holy pious ones?

Joseph Smith wasn’t allowed to tell you the real truth.  But I can.  And I will.

Let me give you a little refresher course in real truth:

The sign and token represents the humanity that we all received while being nurtured and reared by an advanced human mother before this mortal world, thus the allegoric Garden of Eden.  It’s a humanity that is found in the poorer parts of the world where the people are not constantly engaged in the business of trying to get as much money as they can, no matter what they have to do to get it.  You see, these poor, meek, and abused of the world do not sell the sign and token they received in the Garden of Eden for money.  They “hold it sacred.”

The upcoming court cases will prove to the world some incredible examples of how human beings sell their humanity for money.  It is these examples that are important to this Marvelous Work and a Wonder®.  I’m involved to help bring out the real truth and establish, without question, how our humanity fails when we pursue money.

I’ve warned Mr. and Mrs. D about the pitfalls of money … the money that they are now going to make because no one is stealing from them.  I’ve warned them that if I’m involved, and my involvement will surely improve their company and bring it more success than they could possibly imagine, then the moment I see that they are selling their sign and token for money, is that moment that I walk away from them and allow Lucifer to take over their lives.  It will be a moment that I use them as an example of how even the best of us can be corrupted because of money.

However, my mentors wouldn’t have allowed me to become involved if they thought there was a possibility that Mr. and Mrs. D would sell their humanity for money.

Mr. and Mrs. D are not going to prove that all mortal people are susceptible to a corruption of their humanity because of the money game.  They are going to prove that no matter how much money you make in this world, no matter how successful you become, THERE IS NO EXCUSE TO SELL THE SIGN AND TOKEN OF YOUR HUMANITY FOR MONEY … no excuse!

They will set the bar by which all other “rich” and “successful” will be judged.

And I will be right there … with my sickle … keeping Lucifer from setting a price for their humanity and getting them to sell it for money.  They will prove that the following can be done in this world, taking away the excuse from all others that it cannot be done:

The Book of Mormon, Jacob, chapter 2

18 But before ye seek for riches, seek ye for the kingdom of God.

19 And after ye have obtained a hope in Christ ye shall obtain riches, if ye seek them; and ye will seek them for the intent to do good—to clothe the naked, and to feed the hungry, and to liberate the captive, and administer relief to the sick and the afflicted.

It was in 2005 that Mr. D began to “obtain a hope in Christ” when he found the MWAW.  AFTER he had obtained this hope, the prophecy was fulfilled, because his company began to become very successful, which, of course, Mr. C took advantage of egregiously.  It was promised that Mr. D would “obtain riches.”  And now that he has me and the MWAW involved in his “obtaining of riches,” he can rest assured that his “intent” will always be that, “to do good—to clothe the naked, and to feed the hungry, and to liberate the captive, and administer relief to the sick and the afflicted.”

I’ll make sure of that.

But again,

The most important thing that is happening is that the bar of judgement is being set by Mr. D.

And let me tell you what’s going to become of Mr. C, Mr. A, the R family, and Mr. D’s son, and any who fight against Mr. D and the real truth:

They shall hide themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; and say to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us, and hide us from the face of real truth!”

And if it takes years and a court of law and hundreds of thousands of dollars to build those “mountains and rocks,” Mr. D will purchase them; after which, the real desire of his heart in obtaining riches will become a reality … well, the best it can in this world.

So, if you’re anticipating anything, ye counselors of the law purchased for money, …

… anticipate the “mountains” and the “rocks” of real truth, because they’re about to cover up the result of your clients’ deception!

And the producers of this show claim that it is an absurdity that the actor they chose closely resembles President Barack Obama.  They claim this was not intended but a coincidence.

Yeah, right!

One of the first things that Obama did when he was elected, was to lobby for universal, single-payer health care, shhhhhhhhhhhhhh … known as Socialized Medicine.  His plan failed but he was finally able to get a law passed that had some help in it for the corrupt state of America’s health care crisis.

When he ran for President in 2008, he supported the rights of homosexuals to marry.  His tune changed a bit during his first term as president because he didn’t want to alienate the entire Republican Party in Washington, D.C.

Oh, that devil Obama!  Wanting to give free health care to everyone like most other advanced civilized countries in the world!  What’s wrong with you, you Luciferian Dictator, you?  Jesus Christ, our beloved Savior, would NEVER want human beings to implement a service of free health care to relieve the sick and the afflicted.  Hell to the no!  Jesus would condemn such a plan and force the insolent beggars who choose not to work to suffer until they start working, by damn!

And to think that gays should be treated with the same love, respect, and rights as law-abiding, God-fearing, Bible-believing people … how absurd, you servant of Satan!

And to open a progressive dialogue with Iran, that Satan-serving country, instead of blowing them up to save our beloved Jews of our beloved Bible of the beloved lands where our beloved Jesus lived and was crucified for our sins … you know … our sins in wanting to destroy other humans, make them slaves, and deny them equal rights because of their sexual orientation?  IT’S BLASPHEMY TO OUR GOD, TO OUR JESUS, TO OUR BIBLE! ONLY a devil would want this!

These producers, no matter what they try to claim, had EVERY intention of finding an actor to play Satan that looked similar to Obama.  Anything they can do to influence the already weakened minds of the American people to believe something to be evil that is good, the Christians will do.

But don’t worry too much about them, Mr. Obama … er, I mean, Lucifer.  Satan called a true messenger who will help support your evilness and attempt to spread it as best as he can.  And guess who he resembles?

Specifically, LDS/Mormons are warned by their own scriptures about making the mistake of judging that which is evil to be of God and that which is good to be of the devil:

“Wherefore, take heed, my beloved brethren, that ye do not judge that which is evil to be of God, or that which is good and of God to be of the devil.”  (Moroni 7:14)

A great example of this is the picture below that LDS/Mormons herald as an awe- inspiring portrait of all that is good, when, in reality, it’s all pretty much evil:

The dude in the picture who represents Christ is holding the U.S. Constitution … you know, the one that didn’t recognize blacks as anything, wouldn’t let women vote, nor men who didn’t own any land, and a bunch of other “evil” nonsense that spit in the face of human decency and the idea that all men are created equal and have inalienable equal rights.  Oh yeah!  White men with money and land are created equal and have inalienable rights, but the rest of the heathen, including native American Indians whose land they stole, not so equal.

In the painting, notice the absence of people with dark skin.  Go figure.  Notice Ronald Reagan, the ideal bastion of Capitalism, in the photo on the side with those who are supposedly good, along with Washington, Lincoln, Ben Franklin and others, who, if you really knew their hearts and minds, were pretty much evil.

The above portrait paints a good picture of the LDS/Mormon arrogance, pride, and overall disdain for what’s really good and equal about being a human being upon this earth.  Sometimes the 10 million-plus LDS/Mormons forget that there are almost 8 billion people upon this earth, the majority of which are …

… dark skinned, own no land, live in abject poverty, and are the poor, meek, underrepresented ones who, for all intents and purposes, will one day inherit the earth and fully enjoy it while the Mormons are busy in their temples doing work for the dead, people who no longer exist upon the earth and never will again.

Truly, I worship their devil and they worship mine.

What is going to be the basis and foundation of the MWAW Radio Show this evening?

Why would ALL the Brothers and the advanced human known as Joseph Smith, Jr. call a “surprise” meeting with me?  What was their purpose?  What do they expect of me?

I could write tens of pages to describe the premise of tonight’s “Listen Up” show, but I’m not going to.  I’m going to let the following recent pictures describe it perfectly:

I have a copy of an email sent from Mr. C to Mr. D, touting how Mr. C’s MLM company hands out food packages to the poor and needy (cough … cough … cough).  Mr. C sent it in response to Mr. D’s questioning about where all the money is going!  Oh, yes!  Oh, boy!  (I’ll post it soon.)

And to the Mr. C’s and you LDS/Mormons of this world whose hearts and minds are set so much upon obtaining the riches of this world so that you can put yourself above others and be lifted up in the pride of your heart, wearing stiff necks and high heads because of the costliness of your suits and ties, or rather, that which you buy at Nordstroms instead of Walmart, and the persecution you mete out to everyone else because you suppose that you’re better than they, because you belong to the only true Church of God,

Listen up … and you’d better listen good!

The Book of Mormon, Jacob, chapter 5:

If you think that the MWAW Radio Show of March 3, 2013, in which I delivered a message directed to the LDS/Mormon and Jewish people about their justified corrupt business dealings with those who are not as “blessed” as them, was harsh,

Tune in tomorrow night (Sunday the 17th)!

You’re going to hear what your stories, your legends … the things you call “holy writ,” “standard works,” “the words of God,” your scriptures, were trying to tell you about men who were called “prophets of God.”  They had a message to deliver.  Once that message was delivered, they were mocked, hated, called blasphemers, and most were eventually killed by people just like YOU!  When you read those words in the scriptures, you loved them, didn’t you?  But what if a modern-day one delivered those words to you in the same way that you read about in your scriptures?  And again,

WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK THOSE PROPHETS WERE TALKING TO?  The people who lived in those prophets’ days certainly didn’t have the scriptures you have!  What are your scriptures for?  Oh, I know!  They’re to tell you how corrupt and wicked the people of the past were, and how wonderful and blessed you are … right?

WRONG!

Do you know what “liken the scriptures unto yourselves” means?

Well you’re about to find out!

So, if you want to feel emotionally, if you want to see how easy you can hate, even enough to where you think in your heart and mind, “This guy deserves to be killed!” then you need to listen to a true messenger‘s true message.

Mr. D’s attorney, all of Mr. C’s attorneys, all of Mr. C’s corrupt LDS business partners, and every single one of the Mormons who are leveraging other Mormons in Mr. C’s multi-level marketing company, you’d better listen up!

And Mr. and Mrs. D’s son, YOU’D BETTER LISTEN UP!  Because if you don’t, and you don’t change your attitude towards your parents, that attitude that affected your respect and love for them years ago when they accepted and embraced the real truth they found in this Marvelous Work and a Wonder®, your emotional life, as you want it to be, your devotion to your wife and your religion, will destroy you!  Mark my words carefully!

Hey, son!  Do you remember when your parents found this work?  Do you remember when your local LDS leaders called you into their offices behind your parents back and turned your heart and soul against them?  Do you remember that?  That’s right!  These so-called wonderful LDS leaders counseled you to pretty much disrespect and disparage your parents.  And you fell for it, breaking your mother’s heart and alienating your father to the point that you have determined in your hardened heart that they are following the devil!  And you can bet your soul that I am that devil!  Well, at least according to the Mormons who see good as evil and evil as good.  :-)

Listen up!  And goddamn listen good!

Have your LDS attorney, the LDS people who work for the State of Utah, and your LDS leaders, from your local bishop to your prophet himself … have them listen up!

You attorneys!  You’d better listen up!  You need to know who’s in Mr. D’s corner now!  Go ahead!  Take what I am gong to say on a public radio show to court … but of course, you might want to remember that the Obama Administration is NOT conservative  … it is, as you would call it, “of the devil,” and I gladly support many, not all, of the things that the slight majority of the American people support, which you don’t … and it ain’t nothing like your religiously influenced, conservative, hate-filled hearts and souls desire …

… have that recording ready to present in court to a judge and an impartial jury in defense of Mr. C for ripping off Mr. D; in defense of Mr. D’s son for colluding with Mr. C and Mr. R to take Mr. D’s business away; in defense of Mr. A and Mr. R, two of the most corrupt and dishonest business men around; in defense of Mr. and Mrs. R2, two old people connived and deceived by Mr. R to commit fraud against Mr. D!  Go ahead, listen to all I have to say and see if you can find one bit of evidence that will prove your clients innocent of their crimes … you corrupt and foolish legal counselors!

You attorneys are something else!

You damn well know that Mr. C doesn’t have a chance in hell at winning the case that Mr. D has against him!  But you don’t want him to settle, do you? … you counselors from the pit of hell!  Because if he does, your income stops!  He no longer has to pay you to litigate and defend him.  You money-hungry wolves!

But go ahead, Mr. C!  Listen to your wise counselors of the law!  Listen to your religious feelings and leaders …. hell, the CEO of your multi-level marketing company was chosen by God himself to be bishop!  He has the priesthood power and authority to advise you well … just like Lucifer advised his minister in the LDS temple endowment play before your corrupt leaders corrupted it!

But this I will tell, and mark my words!

Your God is not going to save you!  Your Lord is not going to repay you for all that tithing you paid on all that money you stole from Mr. D!

You’re up against a true messenger now!  (Think about your temple endowment play.)  He’s going to tell the real truth, and guess what you’ll be left to do?  Go over to Lucifer, tap him on the shoulder, and tell him you want to be paid!  (Oh yeah, your leaders took that very important part out … a part very relevant to you and your bishop/partner, CEO cohort!)

If you both don’t repent of your sins, of your egregious acts of deceit towards Mr. D, your souls will meet a hell upon this earth that your weak heart and mind cannot handle.  If you think, Mr. C, that those few days you spent in the hospital recently, because of stress, were bad …

… you just wait and see what’s going to happen to your stress level if you don’t treat Mr. D in righteousness!

Do you think you’re better than Mr. C and those who mock me and this work?

I’ve got a message for you, too!

I’ve got a specific message for the 20 thru 30 somethings who have come to know this work.    And you know who the hell you are!

You prideful, arrogant, malicious bastards!

I want every piece of sound equipment, video equipment, every computer, anything given to you, ostensibly, to promote the MWAW, given back to me … every single piece!  And if any of you have pawned, sold, or done anything else for money with the equipment that was given to you SOLELY to help the MWAW, then by God, I want every penny, every nickel that those things are worth and have earned you!  If you’ve used these things for any other purpose outside of the MWAW, then I want you to repay me $10 per hour for every hour you spent on ANYTHING that wasn’t approved by me as an MWAW project.

And you who are mistreating the wonderful women who have come into your life, and are sustained by the pure message of real truth given through this work, whom you purportedly love and adore, but whom you treat with such constant jealousy and mistrust,

… I have a few words for those women: KICK THESE GUYS TO THE CURB!  YOU DON’T NEED THEIR CRAP IN YOUR LIFE!  Unless they treat you good, they’re no better than the Mr. C’s of the world … not one bit!

You 20 thru 30 somethings, get the hell away from me and this work until you can pull your heads up out of your butts, where you continually smell the excrement of your own foolishness that has corrupted your taste for the good, gentle things in life!  Your examples of humanity are not only tearing others apart, but demonstrating that the MWAW is not what it is! And we don’t want those kinds of examples.

Johnny, get on the MWAW site and get rid of the pictures and stories of every single one of these 20 thru 30 something men!  Do it now!

Today, I met with all of my mentors, with a surprise visit from all four, and the advanced human who the world knows as the former Joseph Smith, Jr.

There was one purpose for their “surprise” meeting with me:

PREPARE MY MIND AND SOUL TO WRITE THIS POST AND DELIVER THE MESSAGE THAT I AM GOING TO DELIVER ON SUNDAY’S MWAW RADIO SHOW, MARCH 17, 2013!

And guess what?

Everything I’ve said and everything I’ll say,

IS EXACTLY WHAT YOUR GREAT OVERSEER WOULD SAY TO YOU IF IN THE SAME MORTAL FLESH, WITH THE SAME RESPONSIBILITY!

So, listen up.

The complaint states that Laman was fired because of Religious Discrimination. :-)

Go figure,

In a state saturated with a religion that discriminates, indiscriminately, against anyone who does not believe like its members do, especially those whom they call “apostates,” this state (the State of Utah) is helping Laman file a claim that he was fired because of religious discrimination.

WTF?  :-)

Good luck with that one!

The real truth that I have discovered against Mr. D’s son, “Laman,” will be presented in tomorrow’s post.  I contemplated not posting these facts out of respect and a sincere love for his mother, Mrs. D, whom Laman has deeply wounded with his actions.

(NOTE TO MRS. D):

Read the Book of Mormon story about Sariah, Lehi’s wife, and how she felt and defended her son, Laman, regardless of what he did.  Read and ponder the following verse about how Laman (her son) feels about her husband leaving the Jewish (LDS) church.  Mrs. D, this is exactly how your son feels about Mr. D., and he would say these same words to YOU:

1 Nephi 17:22

And [I] know that the [LDS people] who [are] in the land of [Utah are] a righteous people; for they [keep] the statutes and judgments of the Lord, and all his commandments, according to the law of [God's chosen prophets and the leaders of His Church]; wherefore, [I] know that they are a righteous people; and [my] father hath judged them, and hath led [you] away because [you] would hearken unto his words; )

Ironically, it was Mrs. D and her own actions that led to the firing of her son.  In just one moment, Mrs. D had to make a decision: protect and support real truth and her husband, or ruin the life of her eldest son.  She made her choice, and now suffers, as a loving mother, because of it.

But if Mrs. D continues to “murmur against her husband,” condemning him for doing what he believes is the right thing to do, in spite of what might happen to her son, she will never have peace upon this earth, unless, of course, she leaves her husband and goes back to the LDS Church.  And oh, how the LDS people would rejoice and welcome her back!  Her son would rejoice!  She could then sue Mr. D for a good amount of alimony and live with money and the LDS faith as her support, but with the extreme guilt that she turned her back on her husband and the real truth.

If Mrs. D were to ever do this, Mr. D would shut down his company and set up a completely different one, probably in another country, where he would have the same amount of success that he had, but without including any of his family members in his business.  But this time, his family wouldn’t have a thing to do with Mr. D and his success in this world.

However, I’ve hardly witnessed a greater love and devotion than that which Mr. D has for Mrs. D, and I know she knows this.  I know that Mrs. D could never go back to the LDS Church, because she knows the real truth.  There has not been, and there never will be, anyone who has come to know the real truth, presented in this Marvelous Work and a Wonder®, who can stay true to the LDS/Mormon faith … it’s simply impossible!  And that’s what the LDS Church and its leaders and people hate so much about me and the MWAW.

Although I have a great respect for Mrs. D’s feelings, unfortunately for her, not even she can keep this sickle from a swinging.  The only ones who can stop me are those who called me “with a loud voice” and gave me “the sickle” in the first place!

Included in the State of Utah’s briefs defending Laman’s claim, were … oh yes … COMPLETE EXCERPTS OF THIS DAILY JOURNAL AND A LINK TO THE MWAW RADIO SHOW WHEN I SWUNG THE SICKLE HARD AGAINST THE LDS/MORMON/JEWISH MENTALITY THAT ALLOWS PEOPLE OF THOSE RELIGIONS TO JUSTIFY IMMORAL BUSINESS PRACTICES AGAINST OTHERS WHO ARE NOT OF THEIR FAITHS.  :-)

Mr. D and I met with his company’s attorney today (we’ll call him “Counselor S”).

Mr. D is preparing to file lawsuits against the various individuals, who have wronged him over the years, in order to compensate Mr. D’s company for its losses, both monetarily and in reputation.  The attorney is preparing the cases and will file them when he has them prepared.  The attorney IS LDS/Mormon, and yes, I personally chose the attorney to represent Mr. D and his company.

I chose Counselor S because of what sets him above many other LDS/Mormon attorneys: his attitude that the only relevance in regards to him representing Mr. D are these five things:

1. Was Mr. D and his company wronged?  Did Mr. C embezzle and misappropriate company funds, commit fraud, and lie and deceive Mr. D over the years?
2. Did Mr. A and Mr. R lie and deceive Mr. D in order to place themselves in a position in Mr. D’s company where they could misappropriate funds for their own personal benefit?
3. Did Mr. and Mrs. R2, in collusion with Mr. R, set up a company behind Mr. D’s back that defrauded Mr. D out of many thousands of dollars?
4. Did Mr. D’s own son conspire behind Mr. D’s back to start his own company with the information and contacts he made while employed by Mr. D’s company?
5. And now added to this litigation: did Mr. D’s former attorney (we’ll call him “Mr. B”), an ex-LDS Bishop, who advised him to get rid of me as a company consultant and rescind the Power of Attorney I have for Mr. D, commit malpractice and overcharge Mr. D for his prejudiced services to the tune of thousands of dollars?

These are Counselor S’s only concerns … at least that is what he claims are his only concerns.  And for one of the first times in my dealings with other mortals … I actually believe him.

Counselor S is a good attorney who reserves his judgment and the way that he will present his cases based on Rule 11(b) of the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure (U.R.C.P.), which states:

(b) Representations to court.  By presenting a pleading, written motion, or other paper to the court (whether by signing, filing, submitting, or advocating), an attorney or unrepresented party is certifying that to the best of the person’s knowledge, information, and belief, formed after an inquiry reasonable under the circumstances,

(b)(1) it is not being presented for any improper purpose, such as to harass or to cause unnecessary delay or needless increase in the cost of litigation;

(b)(2) the claims, defenses, and other legal contentions are warranted by existing law or by a nonfrivolous argument for the extension, modification, or reversal of existing law or the establishment of new law;

(b)(3) the allegations and other factual contentions have evidentiary support or, if specifically so identified, are likely to have evidentiary support after a reasonable opportunity for further investigation or discovery; and

(b)(4) the denials of factual contentions are warranted on the evidence or, if specifically so identified, are reasonably based on a lack of information or belief.

Mr. D has a plethora of evidence he is providing his attorney to meet and satisfy Rule 11.

I am personally involved in this case because I was hired by Mr. D on March 6, 2013, not as a consultant, but as an employee, to control the operations of his company.  From now on, Mr. D need not worry about the operations of his company being run by anyone but the one who “sits upon a cloud with a sharp sickle in his hand.”

HOWEVER,

Counselor S counseled me not to post things in my Daily Journal that are directly related to Mr. D and his case.  When we were sitting in front of him, I suppressed my anxiety and the role that I play as a true messenger and acquiesced to his counsel.

But there’s not an attorney in this world who is going to tell me not to do my job!

Again, there are only 8 human beings who are part of our solar system who have the convincing power to stop me from doing what I do … well … death and a judge putting me in jail can.  But that judge better damn well have a good legal reason to put me in jail for telling the real truth!

Granted, I give Counselor S his due in that I am not using any real names or titles in my Daily Journal posts, purposefully keeping the public from knowing who the parties actually are.  I see the legal relevance in this.

But to stop me from performing my role?!

Ain’t going to happen. :-)

The real truth has always hurt, it hurts now as it has always hurt in the past.

There’s a pretty good reason why John used the analogy of a sharp, two-edged sword to describe the real truth.  These truths, how things were, how they are, and how they will always be, in spite of the free-will of beliefs, opinions, and the right of a human being to think what they want, are found in the words of those who know these real truths.  They are what the world will hear and observe when we have the advanced technology to review everything we have ever done upon this earth, every action, every thought.  They are indeed a “sharp, two-edged sword” that will cut asunder the lies, deception, and inhumane actions of mortal humans towards each other.

John was good!

Revelation 1:16

16 And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.

Revelation 2:12

12 And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges;

The greatest symbolic analogy of all was given by John when he described what it was going to be like when advanced humans finally intercede into our mortal game in 2145, or sooner, if need be:

Revelation 19

11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth ^ajudge and make ^bwar.

12 His ^aeyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a ^bname written, that no man knew, but he himself.

13 And he was ^aclothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his^bname is called The ^cWord of God.

14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, ^aclothed in fine linen, white and clean.

15 ^aAnd out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall ^brule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the ^cwinepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

There are many who read these posts, as there are now many, many others who have begun to follow these posts because of my involvement with Mr. D, who might wonder why a humble, meek, and sincere “prophet of God” would write these things.

Well, folks!

In this action, PLAINTIFF seeks damages and relief for acts of misrepresentation and fraud on the Defendant’s resume, and for business interference, fraud, and whatever legal term is used for attempting to take away company clients through misrepresentation and fraud; FURTHER, because of the Defendant’s actions, the Plaintiff’s business and personal reputation has been irreparably damaged and has suffered a potential loss of millions of dollars in sales.

3.  The Plaintiff met the Defendant in Las Vegas on or about October 14, 2012.  The Defendant was introduced to the Plaintiff by Mr. A, whom the Plaintiff later discovered had deceived him, misrepresented himself and his company, blah blah, and misallocated tens of thousands of company funds.  The Plaintiff and Mr. A are involved in a legal case currently in the State of [blah, blah].
4. In Las Vegas, the Defendant told the Plaintiff that he was a professional expert at taking companies and turning them into very profitable businesses.  He specifically mentioned to the Plaintiff and his wife, that he been involved in a California printing company, and turned the company from a drug-dealing enterprise into a $250,000 per month successful business.  He told the Plaintiff and his wife that he was a popular basketball coach and that his wife worked for NASA.  The Defendant presented himself as a “can-do” man who can make companies into international successes because of his personal connections.  Mr. A appeared to agree with everything that the Defendant told the Plaintiff.
5. The Defendant came to the Plaintiff’s home on or about December 12, 2012 with Mr. A  He stayed with the Plaintiff and his family in Heber, UT.  It was Mr. A’s intent to get the Defendant involved in the Plaintiff’s company.  Mr. A was convincing the Plaintiff that the Defendant, according to Mr. A, did incredible things in making companies successful.
6. The Defendant would get up early in the morning and leave the house before 6 A.M.  When the Plaintiff and his wife inquired as to why and where the Defendant went so early, the Defendant told them that he was involved in “top secret” government activities involving the military’s highest generals.  He explained that there were people stuck in Afghanistan and that only he and his company could get them out of Afghanistan.  The Defendant continually impressed upon the Plaintiff’s and his wife’s mind that what he was involved in was of such secrecy that he couldn’t talk about it.  He claimed that he needed a top-secret clearance and a secure line in order for him to deal with the situation in Afghanistan, and this was the reason why he would leave so early in the morning.
7. The Defendant, with the help of Mr. A, convinced the Plaintiff that the Defendant would be an invaluable asset to the company because of his expertise, government contacts, and past experience at helping companies make millions.  The Defendant told the Plaintiff that he was involved with the Sony Company in developing a communication integration system that would allow interaction between different gaming consoles.  He told the Plaintiff that he had been paid $120 million for his unique services and abilities, and that he kept all the money in an offshore account.
8. Soon thereafter, the Defendant and his friend of many years, Mr. A, had a relationship falling out, resulting in a physical altercation that ended their friendship.  The Plaintiff had already arranged for Mr. A to accompany him to New Mexico to meet his primary product distributor, [blah, blah].  On the way to New Mexico, Mr. A revealed to the Plaintiff that everything that the Defendant had told him was a fabrication; and that the Plaintiff should keep him (Mr. A) and get rid of the Defendant.  The Plaintiff had had enough of the bickering and deceit of Mr. A, and almost threw him out of his car.  Thus ended the relationship between Mr. A and the Plaintiff.  The Plaintiff didn’t know whom to believe, but wanted to give the Defendant a chance at running his company.
9. Convinced by his stories, the Plaintiff agreed to a “Memorandum of Understanding” in which the Defendant would be employed by the Plaintiff’s company for $150,000 per year, a signing bonus of $7,500, a benefit package of medical, dental, and 401K, relocation allowance of $12,000, monthly housing of $800, 6 round trip air flights to Florida, 3-year contract, 5% on gross sales and $15,000 per each million dollars in sales of gross revenues above the previous year’s gross revenues.  Without checking the Defendant’s background or contacting any references, the Plaintiff agreed to the memorandum based on all that the Defendant had told him about his past business experience and his current dealings with the government.  The Plaintiff signed the agreement on the 20^th of December 2012.
10. A few days after signing the contract, just before Christmas, the Defendant announced that he needed to leave for a few weeks in order to help government covert operations in Afghanistan in aiding to bring home some people who were left stranded in that country.  He convinced the Plaintiff and his family that he wasn’t allowed to talk about the “Top Secret” dealings with the military and the government.  He said that only he and his “people” could be trusted to do the job.  The Defendant also claimed that while he was away, he would be meeting with some high-ranking Generals at the Pentagon to tell them that he could no longer work the covert operations because he was coming to work for the Plaintiff.  The Defendant left the Plaintiff and his wife highly impressed at his credentials and abilities, all which they never reviewed or looked into.
11. The Defendant returned to Utah on or about January 18,2013.  Upon his return, he claimed that he had flown to Washington D.C., where he was met by a military helicopter that flew him straight to the Pentagon to have his meetings with the “top” U.S. Generals.  It was then that he claimed he resigned his position and operations with the government and the military.
12. It was later found out, and will proven by subpoenaed phone records, airline ticket invoices, and other means, that the Defendant never went anywhere but back to Florida during this time.  There, he met with his brother, Mr. R2 and his sister-in-law, Mrs. R2, to set up a company that would represent the Plaintiff and his company at trade shows; a company called [blah] that still doesn’t legally exist today, but which defrauded the Plaintiff out of tens of thousands of dollars, completely under the direction of the Defendant.
13. Soon after the Defendant’s return in January, on the 22^nd, the Plaintiff contracted with Christopher M. Nemelka as a business consultant.  The Plaintiff informed the Defendant that he was tired of getting bamboozled by people like Mr. A; and that he wanted Mr. Nemelka to oversee his company in a consultant role.  The moment that the Plaintiff mentioned to Mr. Nemelka that he had gotten rid of Mr. A, Mr. Nemelka commented that he didn’t trust the guy from the moment he first met him a few months earlier at Liberty Park, in June of 2012.  This was the first time that Mr. Nemelka ever gave his opinion about Mr. A or anyone else involved in the Plaintiff’s business dealings.  Mr. Nemelka justified giving his opinion at this point because he had contracted with the Plaintiff as a consultant.
14. Mr. Nemelka asked for the basic information on the Defendant: his name and where he was from.  Mr. Nemelka began his investigation into the Defendant’s background on January 26, 2013.  Alarmed at what he found out, Mr. Nemelka told the Plaintiff that he wanted to meet with him and his wife about the Defendant the next week.  Up until this point, Mr. Nemelka had never met the Defendant.
15. The Plaintiff set up the meeting with Mr. Nemelka and the Defendant for Saturday, February 2, 2013.  Mr. Nemelka and his wife met with the Plaintiff and Plaintiff’s wife about an hour before meeting together with the Defendant.  Mr. Nemelka told the Plaintiff that the Defendant had lied about his past, his professional successes, and basically everything about himself.  Mr. Nemelka suggested that the Plaintiff fire the Defendant that day.  This suggestion upset the Plaintiff’s wife because she and her family had developed a relationship with the Defendant and his family; and she was tired of all the hiring and firing and chaos involved with the Plaintiff’s company.  She wanted things to settle down.  Mr. Nemelka told the Plaintiff that he would talk to the Defendant and give him a chance.
16. During the meeting, at the very beginning, Mr. Nemelka explained who he was and that he had the Plaintiff’s full authority to do what he wanted to oversee his company.  Mr. Nemelka told the Defendant that many people hated him (Mr. Nemelka) and a few loved him, but if the Defendant was an honest person, he would have no problems with him.  Mr. Nemelka offered the Defendant to immediately leave the company with 2 months severance pay, or otherwise he would be under the strict supervision and auspices of Mr. Nemelka for the sake of the Plaintiff and Plantiff’s company.  Mr. Nemelka looked straight at the Defendant and said, “I don’t care how many lies you’ve told Mr. and Mrs. D up to this point.  People embellish their resumes all the time.  But if you EVER lie to them again, you will be  fired and prosecuted to the full extent of the law!”  The Defendant then defended himself and said that he would never lie and that trust was the most important thing to him.  After the meeting, the Plaintiff asked Mr. Nemelka if the Defendant was going to work out?  Mr. Nemelka responded, “We’ll wait and see.”
17. Mr. Nemelka mandated that the Defendant prepare a bi-monthly debriefing of all company activities.  The first debriefing was scheduled for February 15, 2013.  During this first debriefing, the Plaintiff and Mr. Nemelka heard, for the first time, that the Defendant had hired his son-in-law to represent the company in Florida.  This was the first time that Mr. Nemelka knew about the son-in-law.  The Plaintiff had met the son-in-law a few days before, but had no idea that the Defendant was planning on hiring his son-in-law to represent his company without training, without the experience, and most importantly, without the permission of the Plaintiff or of Mr. Nemelka, whom the Defendant was told in the meeting of February 2^nd that he would have to get all company activities approved by Mr. Nemelka.
18. During the debriefing of the 15^th, the Defendant mentioned that he had planned on contracting $350,000 to [blah] for trade show consulting.  Mr. Nemelka mentioned in the meeting that he would be discussing this with the Defendant later.
19. The next day, February 16, 2013, Mr. Nemelka became extremely ill with the flu and was confined to his bed for the better part of a week.  Mr. Nemelka had told the Plaintiff that he needed to talk to him about the Defendant hiring his son-in-law and the involvement of the Plaintiff’s company with [blah], and the large amount of money allocated to [blah], when trade shows have never provided any credible sales leads for the company for over 20 years.  Being disabled because of the flu, Mr. Nemelka could not meet or speak with the Plaintiff until the next week.  On Saturday, February 23^rd, Mr. Nemelka sent an email to the Plaintiff informing him of a few of his concerns.  Mr. Nemelka was then apprised that the Defendant had signed a lucrative contract with [blah], without the consent or knowledge of the Plaintiff.  Mr. Nemelka resumed his investigation into the Defendant’s activities and uncovered that [blah] was a shell company set up by the Defendant, his brother, and sister-in-law, to take money from the Plaintiff.
20. On Monday, February 25^th, Mr. Nemelka confronted the Defendant and commanded that he come clean in his dealings with [blah].  Mr. Nemelka had found out that the Defendant had signed company checks in the amount of $40,667.78.  Mr. Nemelka found out that the Defendant had set up the company, or at least made arrangements to establish it, during the time that the Defendant was supposed to be meeting with US military generals at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C.  He found out that the first checks issued and signed by the Defendant were made out to his sister-in-law, Mrs. R2, but that her name was misspelled by the bookkeeper, prohibiting her from initially cashing the checks at the bank.  Mr. Nemelka found out that the Defendant had the company bookkeeper reissue the checks in the corrected name.  These checks (with the correct name) were all prepared and signed by the Defendant on February 21st and were supposed to be resent to Mrs. R2 on the 22^nd.  The bookkeeper failed to send the checks and locked them in his desk drawer.  Mr. Nemelka sent a company mandate on Monday, the 25^th, mandating that no company employee sign any checks or send any checks or that employee would be terminated.
21. The Defendant never directly answered Mr. Nemelka’s demand for a full disclosure of his involvement with [blah].  After Mr. Nemelka verified that [blah] was not a legal company in Florida, and had plenty of proof that the Defendant was the principle party in establishing [blah], solely to profit from the Plaintiff’s company, he fired the Defendant forthwith with extreme prejudice, mandating him to leave all company property and vacate the company’s premises immediately.
22. Immediately after being fired on February 25^th, the Defendant contacted Mrs. R2 in Florida and told her to go to the bank and try to convince the bank to cash the misspelled checks.  Mrs. R2 was able to convince the bank by signing both the correct spelling of her name and the misspelling.  The checks were all cashed in Florida on Monday, February 25, 2013.
23. The Defendant then began his collusion with the Plaintiff’s son to get rid of Mr. Nemelka and take over the Plaintiff’s business.  After he was told to leave the company’s property and premises, the Defendant had the Plaintiff’s son give him a ride to Heber, Utah from Bluffdale, Utah, at which time the conspiracy plot against the Plaintiff began.  It was soon thereafter that Mr. Nemelka was apprised of what the Plaintiff’s son and the Defendant were doing and he then fired the Plaintiff’s son.
24. The next day the Defendant met with the Plaintiff’s son and Mr. C and began to contact the Plaintiff’s customers attempting to dissuade them from doing business with the Plaintiff and to start doing business with him and the Plaintiff’s son, who were forming a new company.  None of the clients would listen to the Defendant and the Plaintiff’s son, but immediately contacted the Plaintiff to inform him of what was happening behind his back.
25. [One of Mr. D's promising clients] was involved with the Plaintiff in signing a Distributorship Agreement worth millions of dollars to the Plaintiff.  Because of the actions of the Defendant, this agreement was compromised and threatened.  The Plaintiff has done everything within his power to fix the issues, but the Nigerian businessmen have yet to trust the Plaintiff enough to sign the agreement.
26. The Defendant has continued to pursue contact with Plaintiff’s clients and contacts and information that he gained while employed by and for the Plaintiff and Plaintiff’s company.  He has lied repeatedly to others and defamed the character, not only of the Plaintiff, but of Mr. Nemelka.  His actions have caused irreparable harm to the Plaintiff’s and his company’s reputation, and untold damages to potential clients that won’t do business with the Plaintiff because they view the company as unstable.

THEREFORE,

27. Because of the actions of the Defendant, the Plaintiff asks that the Defendant pay $10 million dollars in damages (that the Defendant can ostensibly take out of his offshore accounts) and be ordered to cease and desist from any contact with Plaintiff’s existing and potential clients and have nothing to do with the Plaintiff’s and Plantiff’s company’s products and business of which he became privy while employed by the Plaintiff.
