Now that I’m out of her life, I have a word or two to say to her two daughters, Jenna and Cassie:

How can you two be so mean and so nasty to your mother?  She didn’t desert either of you.

Cassie, you treated your mother like shit until she had no choice but to let you live somewhere else until you showed some respect to her.  She helped you come to Utah for awhile, cosigned on a car, and when you couldn’t pay on it, she took the $30,000 debt on herself AND GAVE YOU HER PAID IN FULL CAR.  You’ve treated her with nothing less than disdain and disrespect since I’ve known you.  And now that I don’t have to know you any longer, I CAN ASSURE YOU IT IS NOT YOUR MOTHER WHO HAS LOST OUT ON THE RELATIONSHIP, IT IS YOU!  YOU’RE A PIECE OF WORK, GIRL, AND I CAN ONLY HOPE SINCE YOUR MOTHER IS NOW AWAY FROM ME, YOU CAN GIVE HER THE RESPECT SHE DESERVES.

AND Jenna,

What’s this shit about your mother abandoning you?  You wanted to live with your father, and your mother supported that decision, paying child support and loving you the same.

Both of Sheri’s daughters are two of the most spoiled brats I’ve ever known … and now I can speak this way because they’ll never have to see or deal with me again.

Neither Jenna or Cassie has contacted their mother for weeks, and check out what Jenna put on her facebook page to mock her mother:

She doesn’t  say anything about her own dear mother, who has supported her and loved her, her whole life.

Now guess what?  Little Missy Bitches!  You have no part of me, so you can stop the bullshit disrespect of your mother now because of me, and you can stop lying to your friends and telling them your mother follows a man in a cult.

  Your mother needs you … but then again … I’m not sure any mother needs to be treated like you two spoiled brats have treated your mother.

And a note to Rod Vessels’s kids:

Maury Vessels (Rod’s ex) and her children make me sick!  Here’s a man who barely wants to live, and when he does, it’s in a state of depression, and they haven’t made an attempt to come and visit him, not even once!  What?  Do you think he’s also in a cult controlled by me?  What?  Do you think your LDS/Mormon God is punishing him for leaving your church?  Come on folks!  Is your precious alimony all you can think about Maury?  WTF?  The man would be dead if it wasn’t for me and this cult, what then would you be getting?  You have no compassion and less humanity … shame on you and yours!

And Julie Taggart’s kids:  Give me a break!  If you ever want to sit down and see the emotional toil you and your father have put on Julie compared to what she found in this work, then let’s do it, face-to-face.   I’m tired of the bullshit you say about me behind my back.  Why do you bad mouth me to others, presenting your mother as some brainwashed idiot following a cult leader?  You might want to check yourselves.  I can’t stand how you treat your mother.  I’m not her kid or her husband, so, yeppers, I can treat her as I do.  :-)

And the rest of the children of those who claim to support me and this work … are you spoiled rotten brats?

What if I were a cult leader?  What if I did tell your parents to leave your asses to your spoiled selves and fend for yourselves after you were legally old enough to do so?  What then?

The people who are associated with this Marvelous Work and a Wonder® are some of the best humans on this planet, and some of the children who belong to them are the most inhumane … go figure.  The messenger might be an ass at times, as he tells the truth for what it really is…

But again, it’s not my problem you people have rotten kids. They’re not my children.  I don’t have any children, I tried once, but they too showed the worst colors of humanity.  Thank god I don’t have to deal with them!  And, I don’t have many friends because I choose not to have any; and now I don’t even have a wife, so I don’t have to worry any longer about what her selfish, self-centered, ungrateful kids do to her.

I just had to say it … that’s why I said it.

And, no, it wasn’t very nice … but it was true!

I did go to court today and the State offered a plea in abeyance, which pretty much means that I plead guilty and the guilt is held in abeyance (temporary suspension) until I complete the court’s orders.  They want me to pay about $700 per month for as long as it takes to pay off the child support that I don’t owe.  Can you believe it!  Where in the hell do they get these figures?  I met my public defender; I asked him if he was LDS/Mormon  and his answer was a disappointing “Yes.”  He didn’t say too much to me, but I did mention why representing me probably wouldn’t be something he would or could do with any fairness.  He listened to me for a bit trying to figure me out, but didn’t have much more time for me than to set the next court date for a Preliminary Hearing.  Sigh …

I’m being sued on another matter about old debts.  Sigh …

I had to deal with trading Rod’s car in on a van that would be more efficient for what it would be needed for … and there’s few people I hate dealing with more than salesman.

Truthfully, I need to pull myself together a bit because I’m not dealing well with what I am required outside of the MWAW.

All of my relationships are pretty much falling apart, as they should, I suppose, to allow me to be who I am.

For those few who are interested in my Daily Journal, be patient.

After March, I will be more consistent as I work on my autobiography.

First I have to fight the State of Utah and other sundry enemies and critics that think they’re doing the world a good thing by causing me problems.  Sigh …

It appears that the Federal Government is making it much easier to figure out your taxes, but the State of Utah … is a whole other story.  Check out how Utah operates:

On the form, you first enter in your Federal adjusted gross income.

You then add any other income and you have your Utah taxable income.

You then multiply this income by 5%.

You then subtract your personal deductions, itemized or otherwise, along with a bunch of items that most people haven’t a clue about … Sheri had none of these personal deductions, so I didn’t have to worry about them.

WTF?

What is wrong with our government?  Do the tails of the locust really want to continue to torment us to hell?  How do they come up with their figures?

Our government needs to read the Ug and Thug story in the 666, Mark of America book. (Find it on page 11.)

Money is such a wonderful human, mortal, invention … and it cracks me up that the religious pundits, scholars, and New Testament junkies cannot figure out that money is the “number of the beast” that scares so many of them.  And the “beast”?  It’s nothing more than the money-based economic system of our little mortal world.

What’s even more hilarious to me, and now to those who have a full MWAW disclosure, is that our delusional mortal minds–which we don’t think are delusional, but actually are, based on our true advanced human state–are the only way that we give value to money.

We’ve found a way for one who wants to help the MWAW, benefiting oneself in the process, play the Beast’s game.  This is for those of you who have a high income level and pay a lot of taxes.  (The many of you … cough … cough)  Here’s how you do it:

Buy a second house so that you can deduct the mortgage interest on your taxes, let the MWAW Trust manage the house, placing whomever the trust feels is in need in the house.  The Trust will maintain and manage the house, improving it so that its equity grows.  When the year comes that most of the your payment is going toward the principal instead of interest, thus ending your tax write-off, the house can be sold to pay it off, or if the Trust is able, it will buy the home for the principal amount, which, if you listen to the Trustee about the values of the homes going up or down , will be easy to do because the equity of the house will go up instead of down.  The Trust will allow whomever the Trustee feels is in need live in the house, or not.

But of course, there are very few people who are in a tax bracket that will benefit them by having a second home’s tax write off that embrace this work … because most well-off people don’t want to be told that they are well-off because “the beast” mentioned in the New Testament book of Revelation is their best friend.

But anyways,

We need a couple of willing laborers to help move some stuff at Rod Vessel’s/Julie Taggart’s remodel this Sunday around Noon.  Respond to me personally if you can help (do not volunteer if you cannot walk easily up and down stairs carrying things … and Bob Newton is NOT welcome … he embarrasses me when I work with him because he works so damn hard for an old man and makes me look bad!  :-)   Just for an hour or so, but we don’t need a lot of people, just a few.

Some have wondered why I use so many smiley faces when I write my posts.

To answer this question, let me quote from Human Reality, Who We Are and Why We Exist! about writing:

The other form of communication we have developed in our imperfect world that did not exist (nor has it ever) in a perfect world, is writing. The ability to transfer one’s thoughts onto a piece of paper negates the human experience of communication entirely. It is easy to fall under the hypnosis of the written word. We can read something and invent in our mind whatever we want the true meaning of the words to be. We project a meaning into what we read according to what we have accepted as our personal reality, real or not.

We cannot possibly know the true intent of the words written by another human who has a completely different view of reality than our own. For this reason, those sincere and “wise” humans who knew true reality never left any of their own writings. They knew what could happen to the written word. Not only could it be misinterpreted, but also through translation and unauthorized editing, it could be changed to reflect something that the original author never intended.

It’s very easy to change words that are written. It is not so easy to change a free-willed being’s thoughts. Nothing that has ever been written can honestly and truly convey the exact thoughts of the person who wrote it. If the person who writes is available to provide commentary and explanation with his or her own vocal cords and body language, only then will the reader be able to receive a true reflection of what the author is trying to convey. Even then, the way our imperfect brains function, what is heard might not be perceived and received like the conveyor of the thought intended. Well has it been said, “A person hears what they want to hear.”

26. WRITERS USE THEIR SKILL TO CREATE VALUE FOR THEMSELVES

Generally, people write literature to generate value for their own opinion. The more accolades they receive from those who read their works, the more value they gain for themselves. For this reason, writers are some of the most egocentric and insecure humans that exist. An author’s purpose is not to serve others. One either serves oneself by projecting into one’s writings what one is thinking as a catharsis of inner turmoil, or one seeks to be served by others in the platitudes of praise expected from those who read their writings.

27. ADVANCED HUMANS ONLY APPROVE OF THE WRITTEN WORD TO COUNTER WHAT HAS ALREADY BEEN WRITTEN

The ONLY reason why advanced Solarian humans ever allow the written expression of their thoughts is to help those who depend on or trust in the written words of others as a source of truth. They utilize the written form of communication when there is no other way to get people on this earth to consider that what has been written by other authors is not true reality. The best way, of course, would be to have them visit earth and teach us face-to-face, so that we could read their body language and ask them questions. Until the purpose for their non-intervention is complete though, they will not deal with us face-to-face. They will leave us to our own devices. If prudent, in their wisdom, they will attempt to help us without interfering with our free agency to choose our own course of action based on our own accepted knowledge.

This book, HUMAN REALITY—Who We Are and Why We Exist, is our creators’ attempt to communicate real truth to us by utilizing a form of communication that we can understand and accept, if we so choose. Although it appears counterintuitive, there was no other way, other than through writing, for our creators to give our imperfect minds a chance to understand true human reality.

28. THE AUTHOR OF THIS BOOK WAS GIVEN THE KNOWLEDGE OF TRUE REALITY FACE-TO-FACE

For a wise purpose that will be explained later, our creators did not choose a great writer, philosopher, orator, statesman, or one who is set up as a “wise one” or leader of human thought. These types cannot be trusted with the power of supporting the free will and equality expected of human beings, whose existence and happiness is solely dependent on their free will and ability to create their own reality.

They chose a typical, common human being, one subjected to the same passions and desires as any other, and who lives as the least of all humans. No secular education or indoctrination contributed to the knowledge acquired by the author of this book. The author has no particular extraordinary skill or talent that would otherwise promise him worldly praise or glory. Simplicity and plainness best describe his lifestyle.

The author was given this knowledge face-to-face from advanced human beings. These advanced humans knew the author’s life, his personality, and propensities. They knew that this author would never violate the purpose for which knowledge of real truth was received. They knew that in all things, the integrity and purpose for the second stage of human development upon this earth would be supported by this author. They intended for the voice of the weak and undesirable to confound the strong and the worldly acceptable. And at their discretion, the author will remain ANONYMOUS.

My own writing style is often viewed as harsh, curt and often disparaging of others.  But if one were to hear me speak in person and explain the same things orally, that one would quickly realize that I am not harsh, curt, or disparaging (at least I try not to be) when I deliver the message of the Marvelous Work and a Wonder®.  The purpose of the MWAW Radio Show is to demonstrate this.  However, unless one meets me in person and is looking into my eyes and observing the countenance of my face while speaking to me, that one will never really grasp the emotions that I have about the information I am delivering and my true person, human, feelings towards that one.

It has been speculated and often used against me, that I have the propensity and ability to manipulate and persuade with my presence, which includes a sincere smile and sometimes a twinkle in my eye.  The use of smiley faces throughout the delivery of my written message is to project that same sincere smile and twinkle in my eye.

Now,

Those who have received the MWAW Apocalypse know what the “twinkle in my eye” means when I deal with other people.  :-)

Unfortunately for me, my enemies, and those who have been influenced by my enemies (including judges, prosecutors, opposing attorneys and the like) treat me with great prejudice and suspicion because of my personal appearance and countenance.  They see the sincere smile and “twinkle” as disrespectful and an attempt to manipulate them.  I’ve seldom encountered an enemy or critic who has treated me with respect and kindness.  In effect, they’re afraid of me.  They’re afraid that if they let their guard down, I will affect their already preconceived opinion of me and I might manipulate them.

A now enemy/critic of mine once wrote:

“Nemelka is incredibly manipulative.  His charisma and charm captivate his audience.  He uses his natural ease with people and good looks to gain your trust.  Once he gains your trust, his continual emotional manipulation keeps you captivated.”

My exes say the same thing about me, as do many who once liked me…after my opinion and nature didn’t agree with theirs.

But what is this “continual emotional manipulation” all about?

How about the information that I say … that it is convincing and is hard to counter on the spot … because … uuhh … it’s the truth … causes one who doesn’t want me to be right or a good person to stumble in his or her thoughts and preconceptions about me?

How about the fact that I am kind and respectful to all people that I meet and treat them all generally with a sincere, heartfelt acceptance?

If being kind to someone and listening to their opinion … even when you know it’s bullshit … is manipulation, then I am manipulative.

If smiling at a person because you sincerely hope that what they believe brings value to them … even when you know it’s bullshit … is manipulation, then I am manipulative.

I have listened to the opinion of others for many years, knowing full well that what they are saying couldn’t be further from the real truth.  But, I knew that they didn’t know the real truth and if they were conversing with me and talking the whole time about themselves and their opinion, then they really didn’t want to know anything I had to say.  So, I let them talk with a smile, at times, and a twinkle in my eye.  :-)

And when you let someone talk about themselves long enough, that person will come to respect and appreciate you … not because you really value what they are saying, because it could all be bullshit … but because they think you value what they say because you don’t say anything to counter it.

My role in this Marvelous Work and a Wonder®, unfortunately for me at times, is to counter the bullshit, but ONLY IF they person wants it countered.

So,

When one sees me in action in front of people or alone with a person, it’s usually because that person or group wants my opinion, because I am supposed to be giving my opinion, which is the real truth as far as this work is concerned.  Now, as far as my opinion being what the person will accept as his or her truth, that depends on why one is having a conversation with me in the first place.  And because I do not give my opinion to those who don’t ask for it, I appear nice, kind, smiling and naturally charismatic … unless one is there to hear my opinion.  :-)

But I still deliver my opinion with the same kind of nature as I receive theirs.

I use profanity at times to deliver my message … not to be disrespectful, but to pretty much mess with people’s image of who and what a true messenger is supposed to act like.  :-)  I speak loudly and passionately, at times, in the delivery of my message and I often use humor in its delivery.

So,

The simply means:

Hey, it’s just an opinion, take it or leave it …

… but then again …

… the opinions I give represent others who have given me their opinions … and yeppers, those others just so happen to be much more advanced human beings than any mortal upon this earth.  :-)

Here’s an update on some of the issues I’m dealing with:

State of Utah vs. Me

I prepared and delivered a synopsis of my defense to my attorney.  The basis of the defense of not paying child support goes like this:

1.  The child support amount does not reflect the legal amount that I actually owe.

2.  … and here ya go … Sigh ….

Take a deep breath …

In 2007, I found a job at WalMart unloading trucks full time, while the State of Utah took 1/2 of my paycheck for child support; in August of 2007, a judge, who was lied to in court by my exes, sentenced me for not paying my child support … that’s right, while I was gainfully employed full time paying my support … to 30 days in jail; I lost my job; my ex filed a sexual felony charge against me concerning my daughter, which was later dropped but still reflects on my record and background check, making it difficult, to next to impossible, for me to find a job in an already suppressed economy, when literally millions without the background I have, can’t find a job; (2008) I made an effort to move to Minnesota to find a job away from the prejudice that surrounds me in Utah and to allow Rodney Vessels to defend me and go to court to amend the child support order; (2009) the State of Utah turned over the child support case to Federal Agents, who harassed Ida Smith and never returned any of Rod’s calls to settle the case; (2010) I moved back to Utah and we made an offer to the State of Utah to settle the child support case … the offer was refused by my exes; (2011) Rod applied to the Utah State Bar so that he can practice law in Utah to represent me and take care of the child support case; Rod had a stroke; in November 2011, my youngest turned 18, ending my current child support and making all support owed arrears; the State of Utah files Third Degree Felony charges against me for not paying child support for the years 2007 to 2010.  Sigh …

So, if the State of Utah can convince a jury of my peers that I had no reasonable excuse as to why I didn’t pay my child support and that I had criminal intent in not doing so for those years, then I guess I deserve to go to prison where, not only will my exes not receive any child support, but the State of Utah will be paying for my room, board and medical expenses.

Sigh …

Rodney Vessels

We were finally able to get Rod’s long-term disability approved, to begin in March 2012.  I contacted his ex-wife and her attorney and told them that starting in March we will begin to make payments toward what Rod owes for alimony, paying all that was agreed to in the final divorce agreement.  The original agreement mandated that Rod pay $6000 per month until the end of 2012, at which time he would be completely relieved of his alimony obligation  … and that agreement was made when he was fully able to work and had a bright future ahead of him with a pretty lucrative retirement to look forward to from the company for which he worked.  Now, with his much, much limited future and income, I offered his ex-wife $3000 per month beginning in March and then extending the payments through 2013 and a few months into 2014 until the original agreed upon amount was satisfied. Furthermore, we were able to get his company to at least look at the possibility of giving him his 2011 bonus, of which his ex-wife would receive one-half.

INCREDULOUSLY … ABSOLUTELY MIND-BOGGLING, INCREDULOUSLY,

Let’s see, how all ye good LDS/Mormons operate:  :-)

Mrs. Vessels and her attorney would not accept the agreement and threatened a lawsuit where she demanded payment through 2015, plus $20,000 in back support!!!  Where the hell she thinks he has $20,000 to pay her for the past 3 months that she hasn’t received her money, I haven’t a clue.

Now, we’re forced to proceed in court to settle the matter … and Mrs. Vessels won’t be getting a dime from Rod until the matter is heard by a judge, who will then have the evidence of Rod’s disability before him and the evidence of his now very diminished financial future.  Eventually after his disability runs out, Rod, instead of living high-on-the-hog with a great retirement, will be living solely on Social Security benefits alone!  And Mrs. Vessels somehow feels since Rod’s now disabled, she deserves even more!

(Oh yea, the attorney threatened to sue me if I revealed any of this in my Daily Journal.  Well, until the law and the right of free speech changes … I don’t think I’ll be agreeing much with Ms. Livesay, especially not with how she’s trying to abuse Rod.  While he is in my care, he will not be abused … but I guess I will. )

Sigh …

On a brighter note for Rod:

We’ve found a woman who will live with him full time and help him.  We are remodeling a place for the woman to live … and she has a couple of kids who will live downstairs … and Rod will take care of her room and board in exchange for his care.  I believe the little ones will be beneficial to Rod’s mental state, as he has been quite depressed of late, unable to find his way out of the mental fog caused by his strokes.

We have a lot to do on the remodeling and it will take quite a bit of my time.

Sheri Nemelka

My announcement that Sheri and I were “separating” seemed to cause quite a stir. My enemies/critics believe that I’m forcing Sheri out to make room for others … Oh, yeppers, that’s right, I’m a consummate polygamist and I can’t help myself … Oh, for crying out loud!  I really have the time to deal with women, now don’t I?  Sigh …

The fact is, Sheri and I have returned our relationship to the days when we were dating and courting each other.  We spend time together when we want, not because we feel we have to because we’re “married.”  I spend time with her when I want … and the downside for Sheri is that she can’t spend time with me when she wants.  But now she has the chance to stay with me, or not, based on how our relationship progresses according to my needs, which she realizes are all about the Marvelous Work and a Wonder®.

Sheri is not stupid and she certainly would never put up with a plural relationship. She left three men before me and she will leave me if I do not stand up to her standards or needs for a man.  Sheri’s a big girl, she’ll always look out for her own interests.

You see,

I’ve never really been honest with Sheri.  I’ve never enjoyed what marriage does to a relationship, so without ending our marriage, I changed our relationship.  And for those who wonder, we are emerging in this new relationship dynamic as more true to ourselves and thus with the possibility of more happiness … and it’s quite fun and engaging to be dating again.  :-)

My relationships with others are changing dramatically now that I’ve been able to reveal more of the real truth. And if you’re interested about relationships, then you’ll have to listen to the MWAW Radio Show, especially the one that aired yesterday (January 22, 2012).

Julie Taggart

Someone hacked into Julie’s email account and sent all of her friends, many of whom are associated with the MWAW, an urgent message requesting money because she was stranded in Scotland.  Unbelievably, some took the bait and tried to send Julie money!  But this same scam happened to me once not too long ago with a good friend that I trust.  When the email came through, I responded in sincerity, “I don’t handle our finances, but you can check with Sheri and see if we have any extra to help you out.”  Sheri realized almost immediately it was a scam. So much for my extraordinary powers!  Sigh …

I also got the email about Julie and responded:

“Okay, I’ll let the real Julie and the FBI know that you are in need and we’ll be sending you something soon!”  :-)

REMEMBER, neither I nor anyone associated with this work would ever solicit for money, no matter in what situation we found ourselves.

And to those of you who were going to help “Julie in Scotland,” well Julie in Orem could use a bit of help with her remodeling costs for Rod, but to hell with Julie, help out the MWAW Trust a bit … Oh, let me see, let me fake being stranded in Zimbabwe and see who comes to my aid … Oh boy, that was a solicitation, now wasn’t it?   Sigh …

MWAW Apocalypse

I will soon tape a special MWAW Radio Show that explains the entire MWAW Apocalypse and, when it’s ready, all one has to do is ask and I’ll direct that one where that one can hear the full disclosure.

So, don’t think that you’ve been cheated out of something that you think, I think, you don’t deserve.  How can I or anyone else determine what you deserve or do not deserve?  But since I hold the “keys” to this knowledge, I have to use some discernment.  And since my enemies/critics don’t have the balls to ask me, they’ll never get what could free them up more than any other knowledge.

You know,

It’s kind of like the old bible story about Moses putting a serpent on a rod of brass and telling the people that all they needed to do to be saved was simply look up at the serpent, but the prideful people couldn’t, so they didn’t look … SIMPLY LOOK FOR GOD’S SAKE … and died.  Well, if you’re too prideful to simply go to a website and listen for an hour about something that has never been revealed to the human race, yep, something “hidden since the foundation of the world,” then you don’t deserve to be “saved” from your own ignorance.  But we will invite all to look!  Sigh …

None of you were ever left out, nor was it intended for you to be left out.  I was practicing my delivery of the full disclosure on those who have known me for years now.  I needed to see their faces and expressions and feel their energy as one of the final pieces of the puzzle was put into place about our mortality … that was the only reason why many were called, but few were chosen.   They were my guinea pigs … of sorts.  :-)

I’m starting to finalize the last stages of my preparation as the messenger of this Marvelous Work and a Wonder®.  For me, it is good; for some it is not.  The world is starting to hate me more and more … go figure!  But as they hate, I sigh and smile!

Free will is hers as well as it is mine, as it is all of ours.

She will always remain my motivation and wonderful support as I continue to perform what is required of me in this Marvelous Work and a Wonder®.

Please, let her be Sheri and be true to herself.  Let her have her space and her time to heal and find peace without me.

I might have been her greatest joy, but I was also the source of most of her pain.
