      • Banker=World Bank
      • Limited participants (4 in the example) at first and all properties are purchased…
      • More participants (20 more countries) want to play- the game extends and the rules say the new players get the same money to start up – but the bank doesn’t have enough money…
      • Banker doesn’t have more until he prints more money
      • The primary (4) players they are allowing the system to join but the “Rules” of the game don’t fit.
      • Banker has to print money to get it in these other countries hands in order to participate in the game; I.e. like China and India.
      • People have to enter the game in order to survive.
