The late Ida Smith speaks from the grave. A message to her mortal family and friends concerning child prostitution and poverty. LDS Church changes Mission Statement because of Ida Smith.

Ida Smith, a direct descendant of Joseph Smith, Jr., was one of the most important mortals to this Marvelous Work and a Wonder® (MWAW®).

What was the MWAW® trying to accomplish while Ida was alive?

Simply put, whatever would benefit a young girl who is forced to sell herself for sex in order to help feed her family.  Nothing else really matters.  Nothing else mattered to Ida.

This can only be done if this young woman is provided, FREE of charge, the basic necessities of human life: food, clothing, shelter and healthcare.  No young girl would choose a life of prostitution if she had all of the basic necessities of life provided for her and her family.

There is only one reason* why human society, regardless of its separation by race or nationality, does not make ending child prostitution its number one priority: *RELIGION, WHICH INCLUDES THE BELIEF AND HOPE IN A CHRIST THAT IS GOING TO COME TO EARTH AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM FOR US.

Ironically, this erroneous belief and hope in a Savior (an errant concept of the real meaning of Christ) is the greatest culprit to our mortal salvation.  This errant belief in Christ stands in the way of solving the world’s problems.

If there were a God, and this God had an organized religion, then God’s first priority, the main priority of God’s religion, should be ending child prostitution.  God would end racism, gender inequality, nationalism, and economic inequality.  You’d think.

The religious claim that God has given mortals their free will, and that because of this agency, things like child prostitution and poverty exist.  If this were the case, then we would also have the free agency to fix the problems we have created.

The Real Truth is, no one outside of the mortal human race will ever solve the problems that we have created.

It would have been much wiser (if there were any such who received commands, inspiration, and authority to write “God’s word”), to have prophesied in Scripture that God will not come to Earth unless, until, mortals first solve their own problems.

But since the men who wrote the scripture didn’t know how to solve any of the problems, and they claimed that God spoke to them, then it would be apparent that God doesn’t know how to solve the problems or He would tell his chosen servants how to do it.

Instead of solving humanity’s problems, religions create and exacerbate them.

Where religious writings put the impetus and responsibility on God to solve our problems, the MWAW created religious writings that tried to put the impetus and responsibility back on us.  Where the Bible creates racism, gender inequality, nationalism, and economic inequality through deception and control of the minds of the masses, the MWAW uses this same type of deception to eliminate these barriers.

The MWAW’s first priority is to break down the obstacles that keep our world from improving and becoming more humane and equal for all people.  All religion, of any kind, is largely responsible for keeping our world from improving.  The Bible has been the strongest and highest obstacle.  Racism, gender inequality, nationalism (patriotism), and economic inequality are the barriers that the Bible has created.

For example, the Bible starts out by establishing and supporting racism.  The Bible presents the story of Adam and Eve as the first humans.  Whatever Adam’s and Eve’s race was, they having been created in the image of God, it was the Bible’s intent to place their particular race above all others.

Biblical gender inequality is obvious.

Nationalism developed from the idea that God’s chosen race was superior and more elect than all others.  Nationalism is also the basis of economic inequality.  People who weren’t of God’s chosen race, or who didn’t belong to God’s people, were meant to be slaves to the chosen ones.

We created the Book of Mormon to counter the Bible and help solve the problems that the Bible created.  We can take you through the Book of Mormon and point out all of the clues.

We thought these clues were clear and simple. For example,

“Think of [all child prostitutes] like unto [your own children], and be familiar with all [of them] and free with your substance, that they may be rich like unto you.

“But before ye seek for riches, seek ye for the kingdom of God.

“And AFTER ye have obtained a hope in Christ ye shall obtain riches, if ye seek them; and ye will seek them for the intent to do good—to clothe the naked, and to feed the hungry, and to liberate the captive, and administer relief to the sick and the afflicted.” (Jacob 2:17-19)

It was the Book of Mormon’s intent to present a different meaning of “hope in Christ” than what modern Christians believed.  It was its intent to show that the true Spirit of Christ is given to everyone, equally, not just those who believe in Jesus, but to EVERYONE.  We teach that our human conscience, the unique thing that makes us human and different from all other life forms, is this “Spirit of Christ.”  It’s like the “Spirit” of goodness we feel towards others.

“For behold, the Spirit of Christ is given to every man, that he may know good from evil; wherefore, I show unto you the way to judge; for every thing which inviteth to do good [which would cause one to do everything possible to end child prostitution], and to persuade to believe in Christ, is sent forth by the power and gift of Christ; wherefore ye may know with a perfect knowledge it is of God.

“But whatsoever thing persuadeth men to do evil, and believe not in Christ, and deny him, and serve not God, [and do nothing to end child prostitution] then ye may know with a perfect knowledge it is of the devil; for after this manner doth the devil work, for he persuadeth no man to do good, no, not one; neither do his angels; neither do they who subject themselves unto him.

“And now, my brethren, seeing that ye know the light by which ye may judge, which light is the light of Christ, see that ye do not judge wrongfully; for with that same judgment which ye judge ye shall also be judged.” (Moroni 7:16-18)

The LDS/Mormon Church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the main religious organization that accepts the Book of Mormon as another “word of God,” is the wealthiest church per capita of any religion in the world.  This church’s foundation began in the United States, shortly after its independence.  Its formation and evolution demonstrate how far away from basic humane principles (from the true Spirit and Hope of Christ) religion can stray when human nature is allowed to find and establish its own religion.

This single religion, alone, could make a stand against child prostitution.  It could send its missionaries into any area of the world where child prostitution is found.  Its missionaries could distribute to these children all of their basic necessities for free.  This church is wealthy enough.  It has an infrastructure of volunteers that is unmatched by most other major religions.  Its meetinghouses and temples could be Distribution Centers for the food, clothing, housing vouchers, and healthcare that any young woman and her family could visit, INSTEAD OF OFFERING HER YOUNG BODY FOR MONEY.

Why doesn’t this religion do this?  Why do the LDS/Mormons do everything but this?  Few governments discourage NGOs (Non-Government Organizations) from organizing and establishing distribution centers of charity.  Of all the major religious organizations in the world, the LDS/Mormon organization could end child prostitution, IF the LDS/Mormon god wanted.

Many ask why we waste our time on the LDS/Mormon Church.  Can this major, wealthy religion be influenced?  Yes it can!

Here’s how we did it.  Here’s what happened that changed the official Mission Statement of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints:

In 1981, the LDS/Mormon church officially announced a Three-Fold Mission Statement: proclaim the gospel, perfect the Saints, and redeem the dead:

To proclaim the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to every nation, kindred, tongue, and people;

To perfect the Saints by preparing them to receive the ordinances of the gospel and by instruction and discipline to gain exaltation;

To redeem the dead by performing vicarious ordinances of the gospel for those who have lived on the earth.

These three statements have always been taught in the Mormon faith, but this was the first time they were articulated to form a mission statement.

In 2004, shortly before Christopher began transcribing The Sealed Portion of the Book of Mormon—The Final Testament of Jesus Christ, we instructed him to send a Certified Letter to the LDS/Mormon Church headquarters.  We offered the Church the opportunity to take control of The Sealed Portion, IF the Church would present it as Christopher transcribed it.  There was no cost associated with the gift.  Christopher would support the LDS leadership as the people believed them to be: God’s only true mouthpieces.  In the letter, we had Christopher reference what “pure religion” should be.

To Those Brethren That It May Concern:

Enclosed with this letter you will find a concise and truthful biography of my life and the calling that have I received to bring to the world the sealed portion of the gold plates of Mormon.

With an honest effort on your part, you may investigate the facts and the claims made therein.  The last names of all the individuals have been excluded, but I am sure with a little effort, your investigators can determine who these individuals are.  And with a continued honest effort, you will also determine that every fact presented in this biography is true and verifiable.  I trust that you will use the utmost caution and abide by the laws of our country as you send forth those who will verify the facts and report their findings to your office.

It would benefit us both if you took the time to read the book before you make a judgment of how you are going to proceed from this point.  After reading its contents and discussing the matter amongst yourselves, I expect that an opinion and a decision will be rendered appropriately by you.  Until that decision is rendered, I will not act in any way on the publication of the things revealed herein, nor will I reveal to any other individual or group the contents of this letter or the biography of my life until I hear, or do not hear, directly from your office.  Your silence on the matter will indicate your decision to disregard this letter and the important contents of the book included.

You may respond to this letter by electronic E-mail at the following address: sealedportion@yahoo.com.

If I receive a notice of your indication to discuss this matter further, I will respond to your E-mail and give you further instructions on how to contact me.

As you read the enclose material, you will soon ascertain that I am not seeking money, prestige, honor, glory, or any other kind of acknowledgement of my person.  In fact, it will become vividly apparent to you that I wish I had nothing to do with this.  But as it is, I do.

Please read the book carefully, paying special attention to appendixes I & II.  You will begin to see the ramifications of what is about to occur.  I can only hope that there exists among you, noble and righteous leaders who can see what is about to take place.  And if it is in the best interests for all, I would hope that we can become friends instead of enemies.  I would want nothing more than to have the Church on my side rather than fighting against me. Nevertheless, I am not afraid of the Church and its power.  I am ready and willing to see the fruition of the calling that I have received with or without your help.

I know that the General Conference of the Church is close, and that your time is limited.  (And please, please, Brethren, DO NOT put the gospel of Jesus Christ into the fray of prejudice, hate, and bigotry that homosexual marriage is creating. Any comments that the leadership of this church makes to the members during Conference will add to their erring hearts, which are already brimming with hate, prejudice and intolerance against anyone that is not a member of the Church.  The Lord’s gospel is a message of love and acceptance.  You would be wise to reach out with love to those who you believe live in sin and error.  No where in His teachings to the Jews or to the Nephites did our Savior teach against homosexuality, but he adamantly commanded us to love our neighbor and our enemies, and refrain from judging one another.  Remember this counsel, my brethren, it could save the souls of millions and perpetuate peace in a world that lacks it.)

Owing to the pending conference and the demand that it has on your time, and also the time that it will take for you to investigate these things, I will not expect an answer, or the lack of an answer, from your office for at least 60 days.  If by the 1st day of June, I have received no communication from you, I will assume that you have determined that it is not in the best interest of the Church, owing to its present state, to have further communication with me.  If this be the case, then I will counsel with the Lord’s servants who guide and protect me to determine the best way to bring to the world one of the greatest sources of scripture it has ever known, and unfortunately for us both, you will come to consider me an enemy.  However, unlike the examples that I have personally witnessed in the Church, I will remain steadfast and immovable in keeping the commandments of the Lord, and I will love you and do good to you and pray for you, knowing that in the end, we will all see each other as brothers and sisters, children of the One Almighty God.

I am your humble servant,

Christopher

Certified Mail to LDS Church.jpg

The LDS/Mormon Church ignored the letter … of course.

We published The Sealed Portion (TSP) in October of 2004.  Within five years, this first and most important MWAW book caused a stirring in the LDS leadership.  A few LDS/Mormon members who had read TSP met with their local leaders and asked about various points that TSP was making about the Church.  The Sealed Portion clearly describes the latter-day church that believes in the Book of Mormon as corrupt, mainly because it did not base the pure gospel of Jesus Christ on the poor, but more on genealogy and temple work.

In response to the Church’s mission to do genealogy work “to redeem the dead” instead of caring for the poor and needy, The Sealed Portion of the Book of Mormon is very clear:

“And I, Moroni, have seen the manner in which the leaders of this church in the latter days present the Holy Endowment unto the people.  And after the people have paid their money to the church, and after the church hath taken this money and constructed all manner of fine temples and adorned them with the fine things of the world; yea, even after they have done all these things, they shall prohibit those who are poor and needy, even those who are unable to comply with the requirements of the church, from receiving this endowment.

“Now, how can ye misunderstand the simplicity of the words of Nephi? [See 1 Nephi, chapter 6]  For truly he hath shown unto you that your genealogy work is vain and useless before God.  Behold, the people of the world are concerned about their ancestry. And the work of genealogy doth nothing to bring the children of men unto the God of which Nephi hath spoken, which is Jesus Christ, that they might be saved. …

“How can ye waste your time and your money and your efforts in such things, yet ye suffer the poor and the needy, the sick and the afflicted, and those who are imprisoned to pass by you that ye notice them not?  How can ye deny the blessing of the endowment, insomuch that it is only a representation of the plan of salvation that hath been given to all the children of God, to all those who ye believe are sinners, or to those who cannot pay you the tithe that ye require of them?  Yea, how can ye believe that by your works, even the work of your genealogies, your ancestors will be saved?  Know ye not that this is blasphemous before the Lord?  For it is only by his works, after all we can do, that we are saved.  And your works are in vain, and shall not be counted as righteousness before the Lord because ye consume them upon the pride of your hearts.” …

“And now, I say unto you, Repent and work righteousness.  Deny no one the opportunity to have the Holy Endowment presented unto him.  Present it unto him in the form that it hath been revealed unto you in this record according to the words of the brother of Jared.  Give it freely to all the children of men, so that they might be encouraged to come unto the Holy One of Israel and partake of the salvation that he hath to give unto them.  And this salvation cometh only by his words, and also by his name, which is the only name under the heavens and in the earth by which all the children of men can be saved.

“Behold, know ye not that the Lord giveth his salvation freely unto all those who call upon his name, repenting of their sins and covenanting with him to keep his commandments?  And ye are like unto the Zoramites, who cast out the poor because of the coarseness of their dress.  And ye say to yourselves: We do not cast out the poor.  Yet, ye treat those who would enter into one of your synagogues, or into one of your temples, with contempt, if it so be that they are not dressed like unto you.  And thus also did the Zoramites justify themselves by casting the poor from among them because of their apparel.

“And I saw your day and have spoken unto you, and ye have my words in the part of this record that hath been circulated and read among you.  And I wrote concerning you, saying: Behold, I speak unto you as if ye were present, and yet ye are not. But behold, Jesus Christ hath shown you unto me, and I know your doing.  And I know that ye do walk in the pride of your hearts; and there are none save a few only who do not lift themselves up in the pride of their hearts, unto the wearing of very fine apparel, unto envying, and strifes, and malice, and persecutions, and all manner of iniquities; and your churches, yea, even every one, have become polluted because of the pride of your hearts.

“For behold, ye do love money, and your substance, and your fine apparel, and the adorning of your churches, more than ye love the poor and the needy, the sick and the afflicted.

“Oh, ye wicked and perverse and stiffnecked people, why have ye built up churches unto yourselves to get gain?  Why have ye transfigured the holy word of God, that ye might bring damnation upon your souls?

“Oh, ye pollutions, ye hypocrites, ye teachers, who sell yourselves for that which will canker, why have ye polluted the holy church of God?  Why are ye ashamed to take upon you the holy name of Christ?  Why do ye not think that greater is the value of an endless happiness than that misery which never dies because of the praise of the world?  Why do ye adorn yourselves with that which hath no life, and yet suffer the hungry, and the needy, and the naked, and the sick and the afflicted to pass by you, and notice them not?  Yea, why do ye build up your secret abominations to get gain, and cause that the widows should mourn before the Lord, and also the orphans to mourn before the Lord?

“Now, I, Moroni, would that I might write unto you the pleasing words of Christ in which my soul rejoiceth.  But I am constrained by the Spirit to speak to you of your sins and the great hypocrisy that hath arisen in the latter days because of a great church that hath risen up out of obscurity and is called after his name.

“And I know that ye do not see yourselves as sinners, and that your leaders do preach unto you the pleasing words of Christ, yet they do not require them at your hand.  Yea, they have required of you the things that the world requireth of you, and not that which the Lord requireth of all those who call themselves after his Holy Name.” (TSP 12:36, 60-63, 77-90)

The small commotion made by a few LDS/Mormons who had read TSP began to have an impact, but it would be the insistent voice of the late Ida Smith, a direct descendent of Joseph Smith and a highly respected and engaged woman in the Church, that would have the greatest impact.

Some of Ida’s closest friends and relatives were members of the LDS Quorum of the Twelve Apostles. Two of her closest friends were United States Senators, Orin Hatch and Robert Bennett. Ida hand-delivered all of the MWAW books to these “important” men and pleaded with these men to read the books.  Although the Church had ignored the few who had resigned from the religion after reading TSP, it could not ignore Ida Smith’s pleas.  During a few intimate conversations with many of her friends, Ida would argue the points brought out in TSP, especially those about genealogy and temple work.

Whether the LDS/Mormon Church will admit it or not, it was in a direct response to Ida’s voice and her Church associations that the Church leadership changed their Three-Fold Mission Statement to a new Four-Fold Mission Statement. The Church’s fourth mission became: To care for the poor and needy:

Because of Ida’s direct efforts in calling out the leadership of the Church, everything that is done in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints now falls under these four points, taken from Church publications:

To Proclaim the Gospel

To Perfect the Saints

To Redeem the dead

To Care for the Poor and Needy

Proclaiming the Gospel: Proclaiming the gospel is mainly and formally done by the young missionaries that volunteer two years of their time if they are male or if they are female they volunteer for eighteen months.  These young men and women are sent all over the world where they spend all their time in this endeavor.

To Perfect the Saints: Perfecting the saints is an aspect of the mission of the Mormon Church that takes place in congregations all over the world where members attend church services each Sunday where they have the opportunity to give service to each other.  The service that is given is to help all members of the Mormon Church to grow in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  There are programs that have been created that facilitate this for young children, youth, young adults, and adults.

To Redeem the Dead: The most significant part of redeeming the dead is done in Mormon Temples all over the world.  Many members of the Mormon Church are engaged in this effort, not only in the Mormon Temples, but also in the Family History programs of the Church.  Family history or genealogy is the effort to identify ancestors who have not received the saving ordinances of baptism.

To Care for the Poor and Needy: The Mormon Church has a welfare program that not only takes care of its own members that are in need, but also gives aid to other countries who may need assistance because of natural disasters.

All aspects of the mission of the Mormon Church has one purpose and this to help all to come unto Jesus Christ, albeit to the LDS/Mormon corrupt idea of Christ.

It seems that until Ida Smith came along, God had forgotten about the poor and needy.  There is no doubt about the influence that Ida Smith had on her friends and family.  This small-framed, outspoken woman was directly responsible for this change to the Church’s Mission Statement.

This was proof to us that perhaps we could cause some important changes to one of the most powerful and wealthiest religions on Earth, and possibly influence more Christians to consider what they needed to do to help humanity.

Our attempts failed.

Ida was not only ex-communicated from the LDS/Mormon Church, but she was ostracized by her closest female friends, some of whom were present and past high female authorities in this church.  Here is the actual letter that these popular LDS women wrote to Ida:

Aug 23, 2008 letter to Ida Smith:

Ida Letter

Ida’s friends and associates are among whom the LDS/Mormon people believe to be some of the most righteous and blessed in that church.  Here are the full names and biographies of the seven women who signed the letter and disassociated themselves from their dear friend of over 40 years:

Carolyn J. Rasmus

Carolyn was the Administrative Assistant to the President of Brigham Young University when Ida was the Director of the Women’s Research Institute.  Ida reported to the President through her.  They officially met weekly, but were in contact almost daily until Ida left the institute in 1983.  Carolyn served as the Administrative Assistant to the LDS Church’s Young Women’s General Presidency and later served on the Sunday School General Board for the entire LDS Church.

Maren M. Mouritsen

Maren came to BYU the same day Ida did in September 1978.  They had conjoining offices in the Administration Building until the Kimball Tower was completed and Maren moved with Student Life, as the Dean, to the Tower.  They continued to work together on various projects for the entire time Ida was at BYU (20 years).  Maren served as Jeffrey R. Holland’s (a current LDS Apostle) Executive Assistant and later served as Dean of Students and Assistant Vice President at BYU.  She also served as a Young Women General Board Member.

Tamara M. Quick

Tamara worked with Maren in Student Life. She basically ran the Wilkinson Center—an area at BYU dedicated to Student Life activities.  Tamara and Ida worked together in student areas when Ida was with the Alumni Association.

Ruth E. Brasher

Ruth twice chaired the Advisory Committee on Women’s Concerns.  Ida served on that committee as well.  She was very involved with all women’s issues.  Later, Ruth served as Associate Dean of the College of Family, Home, and Social Sciences at BYU.  She was the 2002 recipient of the Athena Award from the Women’s Business Network, Wells Fargo Bank, and the Provo/Orem Chamber of Commerce.  She was the 2014 BYU President Award Winner.

Carol Ellsworth

Carol is a very close friend of Ruth Brashner, serving as the BYU Chairman of Home Economics, later to be called the College of Family Home and Social Services.

Kathryn Luke

Kathryn is closely associated with Carolyn Rasmus.  She was an elementary school administrator in Utah County for many years.

Chieko Nishimura Okazaki

Of all of these women, none is more widely known and respected in LDS circles than Chieko Okazaki.  Ida first met Chieko at the University of Utah in 1949.  They became friends at that first meeting and were friends for sixty years.  Chieko served as First Counselor in the worldwide LDS Church Relief Society—in essence, she was a female General Authority.  She wrote and published many LDS books and spoke to groups all over the world.  She died on August 1, 2011 at the age of 85.

(End of biographies.)

NOT ONE, not a single one, of these women would speak with Ida about what she knew about the true principles of the true Christ that could end child prostitution and poverty.  Ida Smith would have done everything within her power to end child prostitution throughout the world.  She would have given her life for this cause.  But when she addressed this problem and others with her friends, family, and associates, and with the leaders of the faith to which she had dedicated her life for almost 80 years, she was ostracized.

This is a cartoon that was published about Ida in a local newspaper:

Ida Cartoon.jpg

The MWAW’s first priority is fighting religion in an attempt to change the mindset of the religious to focus more on solving humanity’s problems.  As long as these people believe in their gods and their leaders, none of which can solve any of these problems, these problems will remain among us.

Child prostitution is the tip of the iceberg.  There are many others.  But most of these problems can be solved, or at least profoundly dented, by bringing economic equality to the people of the world, in the true Spirit of Christ, according to our mutually shared human consciousness.

Nothing else should matter more to this world than starting with ending child prostitution throughout the world.  These are children!  The ONLY reason why they are forced to do these inhumane acts is because they do not have enough money to live!

Through the presentations we have published through the Humanity Party® we have confronted and taken away any excuse that the governments of this world might have to not end child prostitution immediately.

Through this Marvelous Work and a Wonder® we have confronted and taken away any excuse that any religious organization might have to not end child prostitution immediately.

Our True Messenger loved Ida Smith dearly.  He, as did we, recognized that Ida’s failure to get through to her family, friends, and LDS/Mormon associates led to her death.  Ida’s True Self knew there was nothing else she could do for the world.  It was God, Ida’s True Self, who determined that her mortal ability to help bring change to this world was no longer needed.

Ida realized that her closest friends and associates were,

“Swift to do iniquity but slow to remember the Lord their God. They have seen His messenger, and he spake unto them; yea, they have heard God’s voice from time to time; and He hath spoken unto them in a still small voice, but they were past feeling, that they could not feel his words; wherefore, he has spoken unto them through His messenger.”

Ida could no longer dwell upon this horrible scene.  She could no longer bear the burden of knowing the simple solution to end childhood prostitution and poverty throughout the world.  She realized that her family, friends, and peers completely ignored it.  She knew the wickedness of her own people; she knew that they are without principle, and past feeling; and their wickedness exceeded all that of any other hypocritical people.

She did not fail them. They failed her.

Now hear the words that Ida Smith would speak to her family, friends, and peers, IF she were an angel.

Oh, if IDA WERE AN ANGEL!

“And if there are any among you who think that ye shall be saved in any other way, even in that ye believe that you need the ordinances and doctrines of a church, then ye do not understand the plainness of my words, and shall be one of those to whom the Lord will say: Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name?  And in thy name have cast out devils?  And in thy name done many wonderful works?  And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you, depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

“And why shall the Lord say this unto them?  Because they did not keep the law of the gospel as he was commanded by the Father to give unto them.  For the things which he shall command of them, this is the will of the Father.

“Behold, I have seen the last days, both in my own vision, and also through the words of the brother of Jared of which I am making an abridgment and writing to you at this time.  And in those days, there are none, no not one, save it be a few only who are the humble followers of Christ who live by the law of this gospel.

“And your churches and the leaders of your churches to whom ye look to be taught the will of God mislead you and cause you to err and teach not the law of the gospel as it hath been given unto them through the holy scriptures.  And more especially, I speak unto those of you of the church of Jesus Christ, even those of you who call your church after his holy name but not in it.

“Behold, ye are so centered on your church and the ordinances and functions therein, that ye have very little time and effort to spend obeying the law of the gospel.  And ye have been taught by your leaders that these ordinances and these functions are saving ordinances which are necessary for your salvation.  And in this ye are deceived and are being led captive by the devil.

“And the words of Nephi are being fulfilled in you, in which he wrote, saying: And others will he pacify, and lull them away into carnal security, that they will say: All is well in Zion; yea, Zion prospereth, all is well—and thus the devil cheateth their souls, and leadeth them away carefully down to hell.

“And because your church prospereth exceedingly, yea, even above any other church that is built up among the children of men, ye have become a rich and powerful people in the world.  And the money that hath come from this prosperity, that should be going to the poor and the needy, the sick and the afflicted, and those that are imprisoned; yea, ye use this money to build up houses of worship which ye go to on one day a week and which are left empty for the rest of the week when they could be used to help the poor and the needy in their afflictions.

“And if I could stop from condemning you before God, that ye might repent without searing your souls further with the heat of my words, I would.  But I have seen the great temples that ye have caused to be constructed.  And these ye have constructed to present the Holy Endowment that hath been explained unto you herein.  And they are full of the fine things of the world, evensomuch that ye have received much praise from the world because of them.

“And ye enter into these temples and think that ye are saviors of men, even that the endowment that ye receive is necessary for your salvation.  And even this is not the end of your pride and your abominations before the Lord; for ye also believe that the work of your hands, even the work that ye perform within these temples will save those who are dead, which thing is most abominable before God.

“Oh, my brethren, ye are those that shall suffer the most in the great and dreadful day of the Lord.  Ye shall listen to his words in that day and quickly realize that he did not command that these things be done among the children of men.  Ye will realize that the only concern that he hath for the world, is that they live by the law of his gospel, which law ye do not teach in your churches and in your temples.

“And those who belongeth to your church shall watch in horror as the Lord calleth his own servants from among those who do not belong to your church, yea, even those who do not have the priesthood that ye think ye have.  Then what shall ye say at that time of the works that ye have accomplished during the days of your probation?  What shall ye think when ye are considered a thing of dross by the Lord, and that he giveth no attention to the glory and greatness of your church?

“And why is it that ye shall suffer more than those who are not of your church?  Yea, why do ye believe that the Lord will hold you accountable for more than he will hold the rest of those who have been deceived by the means of the miracles that Satan hath caused to be wrought among you?  I say unto you that ye shall be held more accountable because ye have already two witnesses of the gospel of which I have spoken, even the words of Christ that he gave unto us, which is this gospel.

“And no other people on earth will have these two testimonies which the Lord hath given unto the children of men.  And the Lord will use your pride and your arrogance against you.  For in your pride and arrogance, ye think ye are better than the rest of your brothers and sisters in the world, and that ye enjoy a happiness that they do not enjoy.  And with this pride, ye send out missionaries to take your message of pride throughout the world.

“And ye shall carry the record of my father with you, and pretend that ye believe in this record.  And ye shall testify unto the world that the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ is contained in this record.  And in this ye testify correctly, but by so testifying, ye are securing your own damnation.  For ye testify of those things that ye do not do. And though the Lord will have exceedingly great mercy for the sinner, he shall condemn and punish the hypocrite.

“And these words which I write unto you at this time, even in the sealed part of the plates upon which my father and I have written, and which I have been commanded to complete and hide in the earth to come forth in the own due time of the Lord; even these things shall ye reject because they were not given unto you by the leaders of your church, which leaders are all men of the world, which have received the fine things of the world and the praises and honors of men.

“But these things shall condemn you and shall confound your false doctrines and the traditions that ye have allowed to creep into the foundations of the church that is called after the name of Jesus.  For in the beginning, the foundation of your church was given in its purity, and the Lord suffered it to be organized according to the power of the Holy Priesthood and under the direction of the Holy Ghost.

“But ye shall reject the pure foundation that was given unto you by him who shall receive this record from the place wherein I shall hide it.  And because of your wickedness, the world will reject you and shall murder him who hath given these things unto you.

“But another like unto him shall the Lord raise up to bring the sealed part of this record forth among you.  And he shall have power given unto him, even the power of the Holy Spirit, to confound you and preach repentance unto you, and show you the wickedness of your ways.

“And ye shall become like unto the Jews at Jerusalem who were the murderers of the prophets of old.  And ye shall call upon your secret combinations, which combinations ye think are of God, and which ye think are righteous even like unto them of old.  Yea, ye shall call upon these to murder this prophet.

“Yea, ye shall become like the Nephites at the time Samuel the Lamanite was called by the Lord to preach repentance unto them.  For when Samuel went forth to speak the truth concerning the wickedness of the church of God that was among them, they wanted to kill him and cast him away from them, so that they might not hear his preaching.  But the Lord protected him, even that their bows and their arrows could not hit him.

“And he who shall bring forth the sealed part of this record shall flee unto the rest of the world for protection, even unto those who are not of your church.  And they shall protect him and give him sanctuary until he hath done all that which hath been commanded him by the Lord.”

For those with eyes that see and ears that hear:

Ida Smith’s True Self helped write these things and it will be her True Self who helps protect these things until the end of this world.

We are eternally grateful for all that Ida did for this Marvelous Work and a Wonder®, and all that her True Self is doing, and all that her True Self shall do.

May she rest in peace knowing that we have published what she would say to her former friends, family, associates, and the LDS/Mormon Church.
