Judge vacates trial.

Judge Robert C. Naftz, has ruled on all issues with summary judgments and has vacated the trial scheduled for April 23, 2019.

Christopher will have nothing further to do with this case and will file for bankruptcy protection against the civil judgments ordered by Judge Naftz.

May the wolves continue to howl at the moon to no avail.

  1. Flem Earl (Buddy) McMillan

If you won they would have sealed the case. “…You cannot read a sealed case. …..” I always thought the court case was a waste of time and effort (plus stress). The autobiography is so much better. Our system is a lot more corrupt than 99.99% of Americans realize. I really know first hand how corrupt our system (and the world) is. In one day all individuals debt could be paid with PrePaid Treasury account setup be the US government/Federal Reserve when you are born. It’s not as good as the Humanity Party but it would be a big step in the right direction and then put in the Humanity Party Platform.

More quasi-victories for Lucifer in the courts of injustice and Real victories for those of us who embrace the Truth and everything this Marvelous Work is about. For, we know why these things should take place. And Chris, take a few days off and go sit by a waterfall or beside a brook and take in the sun, bro. . .you need and deserve it, my friend.

  3. I’m sorry that you didn’t get your day in court. They knew that if you were allowed to address the court, the truth would be revealed and they were (are) not prepared to put their lives in harmony with it. The truth is a greater weapon than falsehoods, and they did not want it on record in a court of their law(s). And much less do they want the true interpretation of the Book of Mormon on their records. What a disappoint! I hope you do not consider this outcome with too much sadness; it’s just another event in the life of a messenger with a bigger sword than the adversary.
